A decadent and moist Chocolate Cake recipe with whipped, chocolatey & silky smooth chocolate frosting. Both, the cake and the frosting are so easy to make. It makes for a stunning birthday cake.

✅INGREDIENTS FOR CHOCOLATE CAKE:
►3 cups all-purpose flour
►1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
►2 cups granulated sugar
►2 tsp baking soda
►1 tsp salt
►2 cups warm coffee (not hot)
►2 Tbsp white vinegar
►1 Tbsp vanilla extract
►2/3 cup light olive oil (not extra virgin)

►12 oz cream cheese, room temperature
►1 cup (16 Tbsp) unsalted butter, room temperature
►5 cups powdered sugar
►1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
►1/2 tsp salt

@@arubasabih6914 Hi! The coffee I used is a Russian brand каждый день, it was powder form and 130g (I halved the recipe, didn't want to make too much). Hope that helped.

I baked this cake today (quantity for 8 slices) and it turned out to be so delicious!! So soft that it almost broke while lifting up lol. I did not have light olive oil so I replaced it with vegetable oil. Also I realized it is an "Eggless" cake!! So it is wonderful for people who are vegetarians.

I tried this today on my birthday but i used swiss meringue buttercream frosting, because cream cheese are expensive here in our country, the chocolate cake base is so really delicious, i didn't expect that it will be turn well because it has no eggs, and also its so dense and moist, really recommend to try this one

I was in desperate need of a chocolate dessert, and I ran across this recipe. I was skeptical because most chocolate cake recipes I've seen are so intricate and use lots of ingredients. I made this cake so fast I was almost sure it would be disappointing. I am pleased to say that I could not be more wrong. So moist, so chocolatey, and so delicious! I made frosting but I don't even need it, It actually tastes better without it. This will be my go to chocolate cake recipe from now on.

I made this cake and it was absolutely delicious!!!!! So moist and super duper easy. Made it in like 30 minutes. Its not too sweet and the frosting is amazing!!!!! You should definitely try this recipe. My sister who hates chocolate cake tried it and said this is the only chocolate cake she LOVES and will ever eat. You are soooo funny, sooooo pretty and soooo entertaining. Everything I make following your recipe ends up being the best food I have ever eaten.
