Recipe:
butter - 100 g
sugar - 80 g
vanilla extract - 1 tsp.
egg - 1 pc.
baking powder - 3 g
flour - 160 g
chocolate - 100 g (+20 g)
nuts (cashews, hazelnuts) - 50 g
Cooking method:
Add sugar to softened butter, stir until smooth.
Beat the egg and add to the mixture.
Add vanilla extract, flour and baking powder.
Add chocolate and nuts.
Place the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 4 135 g portions.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (374°F) for 13-14 minutes.
