The places you are currently showing do not even represent 10% of the entirety of Cotonou, which is a very large city. Moreover, these areas are not slums because Cotonou does not have slums as can be seen in some other African countries where people live among waste. These areas are simply the poorest neighborhoods of Cotonou and they are even hard to find. It is also important to note that 90% of Cotonou is well-built, clean, and that the Republic of Benin is currently among the top 10 fastest-growing economies in the world and the fourth in Africa. This is why having good leaders is very important for a country. Lastly, no one is giving free electricity or water to Benin Republic. Thank you for your being truthful. You are showing the poor areas of Cotonou especially in the rainy Season for people to see. Although it is the rainy Season, there is no serious flood. There is no city without any slums . Lagos, Accra, Abidjan have more slums, than Cotonou. I appreciate your comment.
