In this video I make a simple barn door using 6/4 Poplar and Paint Grade Birch Plywood (imported 15mm). Due to client time frame I used the domino on this build. Not all will have this tool so I would recommend a pocket hole jig with plugs or using the table saw to mortise & tenon.
