10.3 is not amazing. They just drove other cars badly on purpose to make the Nio win. All cars are over 1 second slower than they should be, almost 2 seconds actually in case of La Ferrari.

The EP9 is purpose built for the Nurburgring and set 2 electric records back to back. It's 0-60 is slower than a Tesla and it has over 5,000 pounds of down force at speed. It's not made for a straight line. The only straight line car here is the Demon, which is unsurprising considering how well it kept up for its price tag (as much as I hate the car).
Too many wrong things here. The LaFerrari had a really bad launch. How is the Senna ahead of the LaFerrari and the Veyron? Why are the playing a LaFerrari sound when the camera is inside the Senna?

@Project R i didn't say the dodge demon could beat a le Ferrari. I said it is amazing how it could stand a chance against a million dollar cars. The Dodge Demon 170 has an msrp of 100k and does the quarter mile in just over 8 seconds. The Le Ferrari costs over 3 million and does the quarter mile in 10 seconds. The demon tested wasn't even the 170 version.

Feels like the 1st to 6th order should've been: Veyron or Senna, EP9 or Laferrari, Demon and then the LFA. LaFerrari sitting almost side by side with the LFA didn't seem right to me knowing those two cars are meant to be like roughly around 2 seconds apart in the 1/4 mile with one having a hybrid v12 while the other using a NA v10. EP9 would probably be better off sitting with the Senna and Veyron because of it being an EV track car.
@@Rickytann82 The EP9 actually set a couple of lap records in driverless mode, the thing is really impressive and it's even more impressive that its record times have been blown away since then by other cars.

These HP levels even with drivers aids REQUIRE a lot from the driver still. Non prepped surface and la Ferrari owner probably short shifting. If it were race car drivers instead of the owners driving the entire result would be so different
If this same video were on a prepped dragstrip, it woulda came in 1st. Running that thing on an airport runway is like a fish out of water. Literally 1.5 seconds slower lol.
To everyone on here talking about the demon beating the Laferrari and not experienced in drag racing… the weight of the Demon is 4,285 lbs vs 3,495 lbs(this gives the Demon better traction), Demon has 717 ft lbs of torque vs Laferrari’s 663 ft lbs of torque(this gives the Demon a better jump off the line), Demon clocks a 9.65 quarter miles time(manufacturer’s claimed time) vs LaFerrari’s 9.7 according to (road and track). Results means that it comes down to conditions and driver as either can win.( Also Demons times are based on regular road tires not it’s drag tires)
I’ve read all this and it’s a bunch of rubbish. For one, the Demon having more torque simply means more wheelspin. The LaFerrari has a much more advanced launch system, and is a hybrid. Torque is provided instantly. The Demon time is when it’s completely stripped out with one seat and on drag radials, on a prepped drag strip. No one has or will replicate this under any other circumstance.

Im glad this video exists so other drag racing channels can see everything not to do on a drag race video. This was utterly abysmal. All the camera changing, no decent angles, no idea what car your even looking at. Just horrible.
