Scoring huge at a foreclosure trash out. Tons of good stuff for free and making money. For more foreclosure videos check out my playlist here: • FORECLOSURES!
I love your channel. You are truly a Scrap God, the best of the best. You'd never think that I, a 71 year old retired black woman would become so fascinated with the work you do. You and Sammie J make a great team. Keep on keeping it real and keep doing what you do. 🤙🤘YEW!
If you have a GoPro with wifi capabilities you could mount an attachment to your back bumper and use the app on your phone to help you with the backing into the trailer situation, homemade backup camera
That keep life was a huge score, plus the walls are up and ready!, you had me laughin so hard when you cut back to yourself and you were rockn the pirate hat. Classic for the archives
My brother and I cleaned out houses for several huge properties owners, they wanted us to haul off everything on a shoestring budget. We took most of the furniture and other decent items to an auction house, we made extra money.Donated anything else to a charity, it was great working for ourselves, stay free as long as you can, working for yourself is the tops.
Yeah!!! You scored it. Right on. A lot of that is Flea Market Life. Even the Coat Hangers. Send out the Broom God and split it. Or even better yet... Another idea is that you can throw a Yard Sale at that address (before moving it) and have people pay you to haul it off. One man's trash is another man's treasure. Advertise it as "Foreclosure Cleanout. Everything Goes." Your Mom would have some fun with that. She'd dig it. Run that idea by her. She seems to love Yard Sales. Price everything to sell....cheap. The more that leaves the less you move. If they pick it up ask them what is their offer. If reasonable then take it. If they pick it up then they are not leaving without it. You can always get more.
Wow Tuck thanks for the "God" status!! Im sorry I pulled up on the boys during your break at WaWa, but when i saw the scrap wagon, my brain went full bobcat!! Just had to see the boy and thank you for the hours of entertainment!! Hope to meet again sometime!!
Think about it like this. Everyone if this is worth at least a buck. Some are worth hundreds. SO I know it seems like a itch but id research those cards hard as fuck. You might be setting on a lot of money brother.
Nice score!!! You should open a store in the low rent district, pay a guy to man it and sell the stuff you don't want. I was manager of a used shop that we ran a moving business out of. A few days a month I was a mover and mostly I manned the phone booking jobs and sometimes a salesmen.
Ben Houghton hello been allen here..do you know the address to get to turner and sammie..of so cowboy3769@gmail.com..tjat will get it to me..cant get it myself..tnx...
Glad to hear that you kept them. Some of them are worth good money these days. I am an entry level collector but it's still fun to collect them. What do you think is a fair price if you want to sell them?
Tucker Upper I guess what met was foreclosure houses have to clean for bank or realtor to sell.....so if you are taking out all left over trash furniture,etc....do you hire a cleaning company. Thanks.
LIKE YOUR BOY HE DONT MESS AROUND HE GO IN AND GET IT DONE NICE HARD TO FIND PPL WONT TO WORK AND REMBER HOW to KEEP UP THE GREAT VIDEO AND OUT LOOK IN LIFE KEEP LIVEING THE DREAM
This is the first time I seen something like this. How can you get the key and take the stuff that people left behind, when the house was foreclosed ? How to you go about this?
It becomes bank owned after the people don't pay the mortgage for an extended amount of time. They get 30 days once it becomes the banks property to get their belongings after that the lock is changed and the stuff needs to go so the bank can re list it. It's called capitalism, harsh but real.
These videos just make me want to have a huge damn garage sale for ya. I have a whole house of my own junk to get rid of also. I just need to get my lazy butt into gear and get to listing on ebay. Have a garage sale then call boys and girls club to come pick up the rest and claim on the taxes! Have fun with all this stuff!
I work for a company who does the same I cleaned out a hoarder house never ending a lot of vintage it was to the point I wanted not to finish to much never ending i'm 57 yrs old can't be doing that much anymore good luck it fun watching somebody doing it not me lol
When my uncle passed away they knew he had lots of money but he had no bank account they found a safe with money in it the money was most of the money he had my dad acquired many many books from his house and started going through the books to see what he wants to keep from what he doesn't he was throwing them in a pile when an old $20 bill came out of one of the books there was money and almost every book we're talking thousands of dollars check your books man
dude so much good shit!!!!!! need to start ebay and making that MONEY!!!! a lot of that stuff like games, cards, pool balls, them ceramic things will sell great on there and for some good money
Ebay final selling fees are outrageous, shipping is a pain and some buyers can be problematic. Then you always have to worry if sent items will arrive undamaged, if they arrive, tracking and insurance is not a sure thing either. I would suggest yard sales or Craigslist, then all profit is yours and no refunds.
I've had over 4300 individual internet sales on different websites over the last three years, mailing stuff all over the world. I've had one item lost in the mail, two items arriving damaged and one complaint about long shipping times (to a guy in India). If you have problems all the time, I'm pretty sure it's your own fault and you're doing something wrong. Who cares about fees if you get 5 times as much cash (or more) for your stuff than at a yardsale or flee market? Yardsale = your neighborhood, internet = the entire world.
The New Foundation right!!!!! Yea it's work posting stuff on the internet and shipping. Yes fees suck BUT for something I sell on eBay for $50 someone would only pay $5 at a yard sale. Just selling things I found in the TRASH I made PROFIT $34,000 in 2016. So yea selling on eBay doesn't suck
My apologies, I wasn't meaning to put you on the defense and no, I haven't had hardly any problems selling, just was reflecting what I have heard about other sellers. Your point is well taken and for many, selling online is a profitable solution, for some, Craigslist and yard sales work. You just follow your heart and do what works, I enjoyed your videos, btw. Thank you.
wow, people accumulate stuff and then have to leave it all behind. I was at a sale once of the nicest home I was ever in. The people left every single thing behind, it was crazy.
ive been selling on the internet from Dec 1991 and i have had 32 years of marketing experience in many industries and venues and I can say that where your market may give you $5 for a small wooden table our market where I live will give me $25-$45 for the same table... for example when im in Boulder colorado i will pick up at least 8 to 12 leather couches free but in tennessee they wouldnt dream of giving away anything leather and i can sell a leather couch for between $200-$600 so it all depends on ones market... of course Ebay is a global market and just keeping an eye on what sells for how much varies all in the same venue.
Awesome!! Im glad you got the foreclosure clean out! I was wondering if you got it or not! I hope you bidded $1000 or more cause i had watched a foreclosure vid the other day that was bidded for over $5000 and the guy got the job! Get yourself a tire plug kit from the auto parts store or walmart! I carry one in my vehicle all the time!....Did the battery go dead on the trailer? Also it doesnt matter if the fishing poles are old or broke...People buy them up either way i found! Its crazy but true!..hahaha
I bet it uses alot of juice when lifting the trailer! How many times do you get to use it before it needs charged again? I dont know how its connected to the battery posts but maybe try disconnecting the positive post when not in use just to see if it makes a difference! Sometimes things like that are pulling juice even though your not using it! Now if you used it a dozen times before charging it back up then its understandable!
well,i see you got the forclosure.didnt do to bad yesterday, made 200.today,not so much,44.00. but i got a craftman rider.several seasons of the xfiles on VHS and a small brass pile.
Wow! It seems like you're throwing away so many things you could sell at a flea market or on eBay! I guess you didn't know at this time the value of the things you tossed. Bummer, but you've learned so that's good.
Whenever and wherever. FREE OVER GOOD 😊 MY LIFELONG CLAIM !!fuck spending seriously hard earned money where is the joy in that when you can be a little patient and wait for the free stuff to come your way!!! That's what I'm claiming !
Basically when the bank or mortgage company takes over possession of a home and all the items on the property after the person who took out the loan has not paid for an extended period of time. This one took eight years of them not paying.
