Although 30 fps is considered as bad in this video, i would like to point out that 30 fps will not completely ruin your gaming experience. Anything lower than that though, would be very noticeable and feel unplayable.
well it depends on the game, FirstPersonShooter for example would be horrible with that frame rate. On the other hand, strategy games are quite playable, I run Civ 5 here with 25/15 fps
You have 71 processes in windows 7? That's bringing multi-tasking to a whole new level. Instead of having everything start when windows boots, you should just start something when you need it instead. With that many processes running, even after you close them, some of them will still use residual amounts of memory that could otherwise be freed up. You will also need to reboot less often. You can also turn features on/off in the control panel. Like the Print And Document services if you don't use a printer, scanner or fax. Or internet explorer if instead you use Firefox etc.
Thanks. You can also turn services off so that windows will not have them running until it needs them. Here is a cool little guide that tells you what can be safely turned off. www.askvg.com/windows-7-services-that-can-be-safely-set-to-manual/
Ohh my god help me please nothing is working on my windows. Please tell me how i can revert.I tryed everything but i fiil like everything has been fucked.PLEASE HELP MEEE ;(
The Kraken lol... and I too am getting a Laptop with decent specs (my current PC is almost 9 yrs old so RIP) So I too... can join the *PC master race!!* Oh and yes, my PC is called a Global Potato xD
This worked for me! I was getting only 8-9 FPS On a game called Squad, THIS HELPED I increased it to 15-19FPS which is playable and has made me very happy. THANK YOU
i played heroes and generals..when the charger is unplugged..it could reach 30-50 fps only..when plugged in charger, it could reach 60-90 fps for a few minutes then dropped to
~NamikazE~ Certain parts of games will run at high FPS when nothing is happening on screen, like if you're walking/running around. However whenever you enter into a battle or there's a lot of stuff going on around you, your FPS is likely to drop significantly.
yes that happened to me too,,oftenly.. but the main problem with me is usually at start of game with alot of players around,,my fps still remained at 30-50 fps..then 5-10 mins later with the same amount of players,,my fps drops for no reason,,i wonder whats wrong..
Respect to this video, I had problem with fps all the time, but my pc isn't so bad with good graphic card and processor. Always get about 60 down to 30 fps, and had many lags cause fps jumped really quickly, but now I did most of these steps and gaining fps up to 150 fps, like double what I had before. and lovest usually is 60 fps in some rare ocasions 45 fps. Impressive boost up, thank you for this guide made my day.
Yes it does dumb ass that is the thing that fucking takes the information from the processor and puts it into the hard drive, if you have a good processor and 8 gb of ram, it will be too much information too handle ram stands for random access memory. I think the gigabyte part is how much gigabytes it moves over a certain period of time.
+hellomynameisjohnimfromswedeniplaymcwithhacksbecausethenikilleveryonegtfooutofmyhead Thats not really what ram does. It will cause stuttering if you have too little but thats about it. Thankfully ram is very cheap and you can get 8gb for around $35
Fuhrer Uploads If you have 12gb of ram,use half of it.Use 6gb of ram for Minecraft Then use 8 Render distance. If you are gonna use Shades.Use 4 Render Distance.
This is a amazing guide! I play eso pvp competitively and crashing into more than 20 people cause my fps to drop to 1 which is horrible and unplayable. After following this guide and getting the razer game booster I gained 40 fps easily and hardly notice my fps drops. I always thought it was my laptop that was the problem which is only a year old asus gaming laptop. Again amazing guide and improved my gaming experiences tremendously.
i have 0.000000000000001kb ram Nvidia GTX000 "OC" Dick Edition 0kb VRam Intel Sheet 0.00000001 Hz "OC" Edition. Stock is 0Hz 2kb SSD and 1kb HDD Cables are done really well, they arr mado of spaghetti and the case is made of nothing! Im very happy because i can't run Gta -1, FiFA 1766. And it cost lot of money! No one can buy this pc it was the first and final ever made !!!! :)
4:42 "since it is an older version of windows..." Just to let you know it is not a older version of windows. It just removes the aero theme which was made for vista/7.
DinkyStudios Ok sounds great Dinky! Best to ask :) I have an I7 4th with the 750ti and still have campaign lag and lag in general. Can't see why I should have any lag. I guess I do run everything maxed out.
DinkyStudios After using some of the mentioned tools Ect on your video, my fps has varstly inproved. I'm now running like a beast as I should of been. Thank you Mr Dink. Deserves a sub.
i dont want boosting, i want fixing.. my specs GPU : GTX 970 MSI 4GB CPU : FX 8320 OC to 4.5ghz RAM: 1333mhz 8gb PSU: OCZ ZX Series 550w 80+ bronze OS: Windows 7, i fps drops in bf 4 so much like it freezes for half second, also avg fps is 50, should be 80 or more.. like what the fuck!
True. 1) GPU 80% Importance 2) CPU 15% Importance 3) RAM 5% Importance This is assuming your PC is balanced and doesn't have a $30 graphics card and a $120 CPU with 64gb of ram or something, lol.
if your computer and monitor can somehow be so bad to rewind real time action and delete real time generating frames there is a pretty big problem and you may have found time travel.
ISIS It does. All it does essentially is close background apps while gaming. If you don't have that many to begin with, the gain will be nothing. But it does work in general.
Really worked, thanks! (And the last thing is that soon I will increase my RAM to get an even higher boost for my FPS) I'm using a VAIO Laptop, If you have anything else to advice me, please tell me.
If you play GTA v pres alt+tab to bring you to desktop and click the gta v icon on the task bar again. It gives you a big boost (you have to be full screen) It might work for other games
At 1:45 - RAM does not control the process running on a computer. RAM stores temporary data that the CPU needs to quickly access, such as in-game environments. If you play games that have large maps or very detailed terrain maps your system will require additional RAM to run those games smoothly. I'm no expert so some of what was just mentioned may be handled by video RAM while others may be handled by system memory. #TechYea
Minecraft on my PC works with over 1kFPS without any boosters, I have an ASUS ENGTX560 Ti (DirectCU II) and 5GB of DDR2 on 333.9MHz. And an Intel Core2 Duo E6850 (Codename Conroe). And an ASUS P5K Motherboard. It's a potato with over 1kFPS basically. (Window size: Full Window. Graphics: RenderDistance=10, Graphics=Fancy, Shadows=Fancy, DynamicLights=Realtime, SmootLighting=Max)
I have got:Nvidia gforce 9708GB of ram Resolution- 1920x1080 (better fps when lowered)2.50 ghz (I think that's wat it is "ghz"? ) But I use an Alienware laptop .. If you use a pc does that improve fps aswell ? On games such as open world survival ones in this case (shattered skies) I only get 20 or below fps and that's on low settings with shadow quality disabled. So I'm wondering is that the highest fps I can get??
Nvidia i7-4700 MQ CPU @ 2.40 Ghz Nvidia Geforce GTX 765 m 8 GB RAM I get around 30-40 fps on most games If anyone plays Vindictus or knows of it, I get like 10 fps on that
is this good, my mom may or may not be getting me a computer for christmas. Intel Pentium 2.7 ghz (with overclock to 3.7 i think) 8 gb of ram and 1/2 a tb of storage.
