You can set up email reminders through Google calendar! So you get an email (gmail) as a reminder to your tasks and meetings :)

I have Google Calendars for many different accounts, so I import them all into my personal calendar for a full view of all my time. On my Mac and iPhone I import all of my Google Calendars into the Calendar app so that I have full control over all of my calendars outside of Google.

Not sure if anyone has said this yet, but you can add the hex codes by calendar, instead of event. You click the three dots that appear over a calendar when you hover your mouse over it, and use the same steps. I hope this helps!

Cute video! Just a tip, you don’t have to have an extension to change the colors. I’ve changed the colors on my calendar many times without an extension. The plus icon is already there.

Great video! Loved the customizations although I got so excited and lost in all the wonderful options that it took longer than I anticipated to decide on my backgrounds. Ha! I set up Trello, then saw that Google Tasks had many of the same functions so I decided it was redundant. Now I'm down to Google Calendar and Google Tasks. Going to try this for a month without my paper planner. I think it will work well. Thank you so much!

After adding extension the option 'image' is not visible and also that '+' on color please tell me what to do

I am always so amazed by your videos...I have no idea how you get underneath all of these little "secret things" that just escape me....I am stuck on something though, I can't figure out how to add personal photos to be able to use those as backgrounds for the calendar. I am just stumped! LOL! And I am certain at this point it is because I am overthinking it, but could you de-mystify it for me? Thanks so much!!

Thank you very much, you are too kind! That's a good question! I'm not really sure as I haven't tried that myself nor did I find any answers, would be nice to have a personal picture as a calendar background though!
