Oh my gosh! You're a long time tcg player that started Shadowverse a year ago and a figure collector?! Same here! I started the digital version before the physical game before I knew that a physical game was announced, and am excited to see an English version coming this soon! Are those Ikea's Detolf Cabinets? Luna psychotic. Oh, you had no idea! Shadowcraft is my favorite, and it's going to take used to it having a new name and being mixed with Bloodcraft. Very sad to see no Urias my favorite Shadowverse character because of having no Bloodcraft. Actually despite the player going second having an extra evolution point and one extra card, going first is still better at least in the digital version, especially in unlimited where matches are so fast that the difference between going first and going second can be the deciding factor. The matches don't even last long enough a lot of the time to even use all three evolution points. Now with the addition of quick cards in the physical version and depending on how different the cards are, that very well could be different since the addition of quick cards would make it harder for those one turn win decks to get all of the damage through. It's still better either way than Gwent's benefits to the player going 1st, which is absurd! I see that you're a Yugioh player as well by the way. Actually, Bane doesn't work the same in the physical version quite. Unless it's different in the Japanese version, it does have to deal damage. It specifies on the English Shadowverse website "when it deals damage". So it cannot kill with 0 attack like in the digital version.
Ok so a few questions. So ward can i attack with it and then the ward is active? Im talking mostly about shenlong , also so lucifer has ward but its evo says it has bane does it keep ward or lose it for bane ive read it does for a question , and ive seen it on top deck heroes. Im not sure what the ruling is do evo followers keep previous abilities?
Ward is passive and happens as long as it’s engaged, either by engaging it when it comes into play, the end step, or after an attack. Your other question is that the evolved card replaces the card it evolved from.
so question. not sure if it was mentioned or answered before. if a card says place a token, but you dont have a physical token. can you use anything to represent that token? or do you have to have an official printed token?
I figure it should likely be like Yu-Gi-Oh! where you can use anything as a token as long as it cannot be confused as another game element and has a shape that can represent the different states the card can be in. In Shadowverse, it should probably be a rectangle to indicate whether or not it's engaged and large enough to not be confused as a counter. I bet you could use most other TCG cards, playing cards or even a gum wrapper. Only time will tell what tournament policy will look like though.
“She’s a bit confused but she’s got the spirit” Basically the vibes I’m getting from Luna. Although when you get more into her story, I think it’ll make more sense. Considering idk if she’s actually trying to be creepy
Is [ward] a passive ability? Does it come into effect as long as it is in the horizontal position (acted) either after attacking or during end phase or i have to explicitly trigger the effect?
