So needed! Thanks for all of the ZINventory content recently. Although Zoho's help articles are helpful, putting together the pieces in a succinct way is often lost. This is SO helpful. Can you explore doing a demo of the CRM-to-Inventory/Books integration? It feels like you lose a lot of the functionality of Zoho Inventory when using the CRM-to-Books/Inventory integration. We'd love for salespeople to be able to ONLY work from CRM, but so many functions are lost in the integration. Thanks a ton!
Do you know if we are setting up Amazon integration on Zoho Inventory (FBA almost exclusively for fulfillment), do we need to enable sales tax when setting up (Zoho wants you to make a selection on tax settings before integration). Obviously (thankfully) AMZ handles sales tax with Marketplace Tax Facilitator, but sales tax is included with orders (although we do not handle it). Do not want it impacting any accrual accounting valuations, or worse, accounting for sales tax as part of the sale of good itself. Have an onboarding session later next week, but looking to get set up as soon as possible. Great vid again! Much needed!
