nice video bro. Thank you for that. However, when you show how to protect yourself in a crash (at 4;15) you're protecting your helmet with your hands. Not really needed I think. I like the: "smell the armpit" move better. you tuck your face down and wrap one arm over your face. the other arm stays free to do whatever.
