Pulled Caesar a couple of hours ago. Your other video where you explained her guard points actually inspired me to pull her. When I realized what she could do with dedication, I knew I had to play her. She looks so incredible fun, and would be a great boon to my S11 team. I appreciate the video. I'm about to go practice with her right now. This was insanely helpful, man!

I love almost everything about your videos, Iyo. If I had one wish, it's that when you're listing out combos, they're also displayed on screen. "BA1 -> 2 > Parry -> BA1 -> DA > Retaliation ~ EX2" was a bit to take in from speech alone, even if it was just an example. Regardless, thanks for the high quality guides that mostly speak my language
The only reason I didn't include it in this video is because what I stated wasn't something I'd consider a "real combo" to tell a lot of people to use, since it's completely dependent on if the enemy attacks you multiple times in succession or not. The other guides definitely have those pop ups, but trust me I know what ya' mean! I love the way they look on screen too. haha
Off topic but I played the new Blitz Mode Withering Garden and it is so fun and intense! Feels more like a horde mode now so I hope they can get ideas to make a full endless horde mode in the future.
Good guide, though I expected at least a mention of using Stun W-Engines on her, since her Defender class options mostly suck. Also, in the Lucy/S11/Caesar section, "on the chopping block" is a metaphor used to typically mean something/someone is about to be fired, axed, eliminated, etc. I don't think that's what you meant when you were talking about that team.
Nah, that's not what I meant. I was writing and didn't think of it long enough to change it. In terms of the Stun W-Engines, I didn't mention it because she can't use them. She's a Defense unit so the Stun Engine buffs won't work.
@@IyoXSbut she still got the impact% from the weapons for her shield, none of the weapon effects though. The only reason im doing it rn since i have a Srank Stun weapon that not in use rn from standard.
@@IyoXSYou are correct. HOWEVER, ANY agent can take advantage of the base stat and advanced stat on ANY W-Engine. It’s only the bottom perks that are agent-class specific.
I'm not sure why you would recommend Peacekeeper when played with Jane because increased anomaly contribution from a less stat rich character only lowers the final damage. You're better off giving her a stun or anomaly w engine that gives impact or AP instead and pass her signature to Seth in that situation even if there is no passive effect to benefit from.
I said Aeigs (Eye-Gis) because that's how Aegis' name is pronounced in P3, which is where I'm familiar with the name from it. If it's pronounced differently for this game, I didn't know it.
Not really much strategy with Corin, just dish out as much damage as you can while the enemy is stunned then dip out when they recover because her damage suffers a lot when she is unable to complete her basic atk and Ex atk but with Caesar's anti interrupt buff, maybe she can be a bit more flexible.
Would it be possible to use Seth W-Engine on both Ceasar and Seth in the "Jane-Seth-Ceasar" teams? I pulled a lot of his weapon on Jane banner and have one at max advancement and can have another at 2 or 3. I just wonder if that would work instead of getting Ceasar weapon, since I'm kind of dry in chromes...
That's a good question that I honestly don't know the answer to. You could use them both, of course, but I believe this would be a "IF you don't have Caesar's weapon then use __" kinda thing.
Do you think I should go for her w-engine if I want to go for Burnice after? I do have 2 out of 3 her best teams, but I really wanted to get Burnice so I can play different styled teams (and O don't want to skip another powercreepil character, like Jane was)
Hell no. Gacha can be treacherous man, Caesar is amazing without her wengine so just test her out with an alternative. Burnice won't be dropped until the next signal so you have time to truly experiment with her. Build her up properly and see how she performs. I almost went for her wengine too before even testing her out 😂. If you plan on pulling Burnice, be ready to lose at least 1 50/50. Caesar will be rerun so if you feel like you need her wengine, you can get it later. From what leaks have revealed, Burnice's wengine might be more of a requirement for her than Caesars wengine is. I pulled Ellen, iv been regretting not getting her wengine since Zhu dropped but since I've had time to properly lvl her up and grind her discs....Ellen definitely doesn't need it. I might pull it on her rerun cuz I LOVE her character but it's just overkill tbh. Characters > Weapons man. New units opens up team possibilities while weapons boost character stats. None of the content in the game is THAT difficult where signature weapons are required.
Test her with some of the alternatives I mentioned in the guide first. If you like her without it, then skip the W-Engine. She doesn't 'need' her engine, it's just ridiculously busted if you happen to have it.
depends on team, in jane/seth/caesar you can run offficer cui or the lucky boo, in s11/caesar/lucy you can run the fire dmg bangboo or the new bangboo that got added this patch.
If I were in your shoes, depending on how much premium currency & sig W-Engines you have, I would do this. Grace/Anby (try to get Caesar if you have the funds)/Anton Jane/Seth/Lucy (until you get Burnice)
Do I run Caesar with Seth’s wengine if I plan on running a Caesar, Piper and Lucy team? I also have Seth but idk how to proc his team bonus with Caesar. I was thinking with the new electric anomaly character but I also really want Miyabi cause I have Lycaon and Soukaku.
The main question DO WE REALLY NEED SHIELD AND 1000 ATK INCREASE FOR SHIFU DEF AND HOLLOW ZERO, since supports do somewhat close to her ? Edit: i mean if we do parry and dodge we don't actually need shield but ya atk increase is great. So why exactly should i pull ?
You don't have to pull her if you don't want to. I think I say something about it towards the end of the video, but TLDR; having solid dodge/parry game because of the game mechanics isn't exactly what Caesar is offering. That's a big reason why I tell folks Caesar isn't for people to 'not use' the in-game mechanics. It's for players who have some crazy good execution and want to manipulate the game's defensive mechanics in a super offensive manner.
By the way you gotta make a video about what the devs said yesterday saying they are looking into decibels not being shared by the team. Basically the whole idea is they made all these cool ult animations but only the DPS uses it. Depending on what they do it change change everything about how combat works in this game.

I feel im playing the game wrong, cuz it annoys me the fact that we build a main dps (ex: nekomata) and than most characters thsr comeout seem to need time in field to work, making it so i cant deal dmg with my strongest character
Try to think of it a little differently. Instead of you looking for a single DPS to sit on the field at all times, you need to teach yourself how to rotate between all three characters so they all get field time. Neko loves being on the field, but she loves being on the field when the enemy is stunned or distracted so she can steal attacks from behind.
