You can check your body's Magnesium levels. At the cellular level, every individual has a different transference potential. Usually Sodium and Potassium are the ions which are essential for the transmission of impulses across the neurons. For long-term potentiation where the systemic memory has to be coverted to procedural memory which is long-term memory then many other ions are required the most important being Magnesium. So deficiency of that can have poor signals therefore poor retention to LTM. Apart from that lack of sleep, dehydration and vit D deficiency also contribute to poor memory retention. Usually during the REM cycle 2 and 3 are when these activity of moving short term memory to long term memory has to happen. If these are all intact then the techniques which this lady mentioned will work. Otherwise, multisensory integration also will also not help.

i have one other thing that helped me after class i went to car and went over the material tried to memorize what we went over THEN within 24 hours i would do the same thing go over the material and try to memorize it

I have been in English speaking professional for a pretty long time now and for an Indian being multi-cultural,multi-language some times it's a twist of word we spell that is guys if you are smart enough good for you then point your own mistakes and develop yourself rather than pointing some else.

i love studying!! but when i reading something i understand that and some i can't and then when i try to write by my own words i can't write that's y only one topic which is 20 matks takes one month....im not able to makes my own notes which i had learned, however, anyhow i have to makes notes from that one book cus i learning from distance mode😔 Tbh i have neither extra book nor guidence.Moreover,i don't have so much time to study cus iam belongs to village and there's no english environment and i can't understand english very well but i wanna speak fluently that hinder my study 😢😭Guys are you also struggling like me? 😌😣
