Simplicity, Is gd for a gd-happy, life!! My uncle, takes simplicity further, ill explain later! But first this info . My uncle is extremely disciplined, to run f 2 hrs.-5 times, a week and walk every day 1-3 hrs! And! All that-At 79 yrs old!! Keep following me!! He has goals to follow every day: Always be happy! Do an activity,or job you love! Eat what u like every day! And! He doesn't care, What anyone says about him, or too him! Even if its not good! He never thinks, to much about all those things or anything else Much about anything else. I think he over simplifies things! Which would make him a bad teacher ! A bad CEO ,of a company ect! U get my point!! Now!! I think, If balance is added into a happy life, People wouldn't overdo things like working to much ,making a ton of money and arguing about , the small things in life¡ i think u get my point!
Why not! One of my friends chose, to earn substantially, less money and enjoy a peaceful life! And! To be happy, each and every day, after losing, a good friend at age 44, from a heart attack!! From working - 70 plus hours a week, doing a high pressure job( a trial lawyer).
