@wyattandmario3995 Aye, size plays a factor in it. A large stone rock goes up to about 15, salt to 100 and so on. There's also 'rich' metal nodes which are worth more but in ASA you can't really tell the difference without hitting them :(
I cant strech enough how well made this video is! Everything, from considering the explosive costs to the amount of torpor each different type rock gives. The comparison between the stats of the fasola, rex and theri gives so much perspective. Truly the best guide ive seen yet. Keep up the good work!
Hey I’m having trouble with the falosuchus on Xbox single player. rocks are not giving torpor to the thing only metal rock are working is there any thing I can do
If it's a high level it's possible it's giving torpor, and simply such small amounts you can't really see it on the bar (e.g 5 out of 5000). I'm afraid beyond that I've no idea :(
I was having trouble with taming my 135 last night too but there is a way. If you look on your map there is like very small little patches of green or black a lot of those little splotches contain salts nodes with do work so if you try to go from patch to patch hitting salt eventually you will get it, it may take more explosives that usual though so make sure to stock up hope this helps
@@freynlives Yeah it improved a lot here. Also Frame Generation isn't crashing anymore. I do have a lil bit of ghosting still during some of the storms.
Certain it was a Fasola? There's Purlovia in those hills and they like to disguise themselves as little mounds too :| I've seen a couple inside the main area but all close enough they could've reasonably wandered down.
@@freynlives it was the first one i saw it was a jump scare but definitely a faso. I didnt think till now but it could be because its an unofficial server so things may be changed around not sure
You were probably in the Central Dunes area, kind of the middle/bottom part of the map. It doesn't look like dunes anymore on ASA, but it did on ASE and it is still considered a dunes area and gets 100% wind. I've seen a Fasolo there too
Glad to see the continued content Freyn! Hardest part is wishing I could play it, dam game is busted for me forever lol. But I will keep living in envy while supporting ya haha
Nossa o Fasolasuchus é uma criatura incrível, modelo, animação,sons e domesticação,tudo nota 100!! E até postei um vídeo sobre o Fasolasuchus e já deixei meu like no seu vídeo!❤
They are very annoying and buggy a slight incline even that of the rock you crash into can be enough to dismount. I've even had it hover in mid-air after a dismount. Then, the torpor rates are insane on higher lvl servers when you gotta get 25k+ torpor for a lvl 300
U should do a test in water like on the island by cargo there's a river with 2000 stones but under water. Op as hell with anky but maybe faso could be insane
Fasolasuchus is the worst tame ive ever seen added to the game in a very long time, it loses to a single high level dire wolf 9/10 on equal leveling due to awful hit detection and the fact every rock, bush and cactus regardless of size is registered to cause control loss makes it virtually impossible without absurdly boosted narco buildup. Nobody is going to spend hours taming this utter heap of a dino.
If I can I'll certainly try. Sometimes the data's a bit more complicated for my slow brain to decipher so there won't be as many values, but if it's there I'll show it :)
Mentioned @ 04:07 - Only a Rhyniognatha has enough weight capacity to carry the Fasola I'm afraid, so if you're unable to transfer one from The Island transport won't be available.
I quite enjoy the variety honestly, something a bit different, and the difficulty of taming can offset some powercreep in some cases. I understand they're not for everyone though, especially as some of them can be pretty tedious or overly complicated. There's a fine line between a fun variation and outright frustration sometimes.
I'm gonna be THAT guy, so apologies in advance for any inconvenience: Fasolasuchus is not a theropod, its from the clade Pseudosuchia. 🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓 Please, dont hate me.
I actually said "Non-theropod" tho ;) Diction might not've been the most clear perhaps? Felt it would be more understandable than "Rauisuchian" hehe. Could've said "Non-dinosaur" but it just didn't sound right. No need to apologize at all though :)
