@@OMNITEK Yes. Imust say to their credit. They have answered and helped me get it reset. Some features are still not working but they have assured me that they will resolve the problem. So i must say that i am pleased with their support. I really fo like the watch
@@OMNITEK I did contact them the gave me half off of another watch. Just wanted to let you know as of a week ago it stopped taking a charge. It got to the point where I had to charge it every 10 hours or so, then finally it just stopped taking a charge now. So when the battery finally dies it will be done. Originally several of the functions like heart rest, ECG and a couple of others stopped working. Then it stopped counting steps. Now it's basically dead. I should receive a new one in a couple of days. I really like it. Just hope this next one will work, as it will be my last one. Hope you have better luck then I did.
