The Ultimate Heroes of Albion Tier list | Fable 

Scarlet Robe is the DEFINITION of a Legendary Hero. She was captured by the most powerful entity Albion had seen since William was at full power. She was only weakened from DECADES of torture and malnourishment (up to 75 years of it depending on if you pay attention to your character's age). But there were literal legends being told about her while she was still alive, and multiple statues were built of her.

In defense of Whisper. Yes she is insufferable, but there are a few things to take into considerations. Her whole life she has been pushed by her brother to do better and better, possibly having been humiliated by him for never achieving his level of power. Maybe her hero blood was very diluted, so she could never reach the same potential no matter how hard she tried, and could only achieve so much. It has to be said, she survived and held her own against Arachanox alongside the Hero of Oakvale despite having no will power, no strength power, and her agility powers being very limited to a level possibly worse than that of a real world shaolin monk, never mind besting many other apprentices of the guild, and killing multiple bandits at the orchyard (or killing many guards). My theory is Whisper never even was a hero, so the only way she had to shine in front of other heroes (and make her pushing brother proud) was to diminish them. This is why she constantly tried to humiliate the hero of Oakvale. She becomes humble and a very respectable person when you spare her at the Arena and meet with her at Oakvale.

Fable is definitely one of my favorite series ever, seeing your lore vids on it always get my hyped. Thanks for the great content

I don't know why yall hate Whisper. Yes, she's a hotspur, but it's just how she is. She and Hero of Oakvale still shared a lot of friendly and competitive moments, especially if you don't act like an ass to her. She doesn't insult you in the beginning, she just doesn't really know what's happened in your life, nor do you know anything about her. Despite all of scolding she got from her brother, she kept trying to succeed all her life, and possibly been one of closest friends of the Hero. She has a nice design for 2004 female design in an rpg (so are other women) and an interesting weapon. She's not just some obedient lamb, she has her fierce character. It's not her fault she fought bad in arena, it's the game problem - like, all of your allies fight bad, always, to the point you grow tired of allies really, and this is quite an old game. In conclusion, i quite like Whisper how she is. She's not really a bad person. She just had a tough life.

I've been playing Fable 3 again and I realised that in terms of skill with weapons the Hero of Brightwall is probably the strongest out of the 3 main Heroes. In terms of Will powers and literal Strength the Hero of Oakvale obviously takes the cake and the Hero of Bowerstone is perfectly in between the 2 others, although I think they probably have more survival skills than the others. Gabriel could easily take the Wasp Queen, those Gauntlets of his are really powerful and the ending of Journey implies he gets Theresas' powers to some extent! I've made it clear I'm against all Whisper slander!

I was forgiving toward Whisper when she meets the Hero in the Oakvale Tavern and admits her feelings, appreciating that he had been a good friend. After that I did feel a bit sad to see her go.

Would the three heroes buried in the Guild automatically qualify for Legendary status?

Everyone descended from Will is legendary. Even when the bloodline becomes so weak, they’re the only Heroes and accomplish great feats. Even the Hero of Brightwall beats back the Crawler and the Darkness. Yeah he needed an army to help him, but he was still powerful.

I'm confused. There are moments where i feel like you are basing this tier list off total power and then go back to how good of a hero(completing quest) they are. Because if its the former than whisper has to be higher just for the fact that she was allowed to take part in the arena. Needing a lot of renown and power to make it multiple rounds without taking a break. If its the latter then sure but i can see your bias coming through the entire time. The fact is the bullied once given some power are always going to become the bully. Fable isnt a deep game and doesnt explore the way the hero feels being called farm boy and such by whisper so me personally i dont care about all that.

I feel as though whisper was more like your rival as you grew older. (A weak one) but still a rival. I think she would of been higher on the list simply because she’s still heard of in fable 2 meaning her legend lived on.

This list makes me think of rarity in magic the gathering cards. Cuttos on the ranking, very well done! While I was watching I though of so many theories too. Like how you use the words "manipulation of Theresa" and how morpheus and trinity "manipulated" Neo "down the rabbit hole" in the matrix movie. The "manipulation" is just an eye opener to the reality of the core choices you can make that in turn end up favouring what Theresa seeks. The Hero is bound to Theresa as much as Theresa is bound to him/her. Theresa is definitely a Legendary plainswalker.(magic the gathering) And one more thing, in Fable 4 were gonna form the fellowship of the mask to choose who will walk to mount doom and destroy the One Mask To Rule Them All. don't say I didn't warn ya

I actually imagine it was what caused her meeting with Brom that left Scarlet Robe in the state we meet her in. The near fatal injuries from the Balverine attacks were something she never truly recovered from. By the time Jack came to Oakvale for her and her family... her glory days were long since past... I'd put her in 'Requires Potions and Food', or even a high 'Would Struggle with the Wasp Queen' in the state we meet her in, based on physical ability alone. If we take what we know of her prior to meeting her? Mid-to-high 'Could Beat the Hobbe Killing Contest', though not quite Legendary. Hero of Oakvale doesn't even recognize her statue in Knothole Glade, after all. As for the rest... agree with the placements, disagree with the ranking in those placements. Scythe is top tier, ofc, but either Theresa or the Hero of Oakvale would be right behind them. Good list, tho.

Good video, but I think Gabriel should be a tier higher if we're being objective. He defeated the Temptress and the Devourer--two of the Corruptor's chief lieutenants--not to mention trolls, balverines, etc.. He also basically assumes Theresa's role by the end of The Journey, giving him the ability to foresee future events. I don't think he would have struggled with the Wasp Queen...

It’s a shame there aren’t more heroes known about in the lore and such beyond vague mentions, because the list we have at the end seems rather short compared to a lot of other tier lists out there.

He’s also the founder of the heroes guild and the mentor of the first guild master

Hero of brightwell should be legendary too, even know the bloodline diluted of lack of will and needed an army, in the end he still combated the darkness by himself along with fighting an version of himself that was suppose to be an more stronger version of him via not having the need to use gauntlets for magic. I also feel he should be stronger than most heroes on the list by default That’s not on the legendary list seen as most archon descendants tend to be the strongest heroes of their generation.

Reaver is most certainly nothing short from legendary my dude. He is rich, powerful, and a master in skill not to mention how long he has been living

I think, Whisper isn't thaaaaat bad. She's pretty reasonable, if you meet her in the pub of Oakvale, after the Witchwood Arena. Briar Rose is shitty until the End. Even if you're the only one, who can save everyone. That's why I killed her.

I feel like the Hero of Bower Lake is legendary because they reunified Albion into a proper kingdom, again. At that point in the timeline, I'm pretty sure it had been eons since the Old Kingdom. I'd consider that a pretty legendary feat.

What about Reaver??? Surely he has skills that rival Briar Rose! And Scarlet DID try to protect Brom, but years of domestic family life, led to her losing those sweet balverine slaying skillz. As for Jack, he was a decent hero, but he was at his peak before the darkness fully consumed him. But! Briar rose is a reaver type character, simply because she is so long lived, it’s implied that she is actually quite old, despite her youthful appearance!

I definitely put the hero of brightwall/the prince/the princess at Chicken Chaser... personally I found Fable 3 far too easy to consider them as "Requires potions and food" LMAO

The Hero of Oakvale and Bowerstone, Jack of Blades, Scythe, Nostro, Theresa, and Reaver, are all the most legendary heros because they're the ones who fundamentally altered the course of Albion. Jack, Scythe, Theresa, and Reaver, all for a very very long time. I believe the likes of Scarlet and Weaver are legendary, insofar that they were exceptionally talented and celebrated heros, but perhaps not so much in their directly shaping of history. Sure, many of the other legendary heros relied on them, but they didn't alter history themselves.

I think the most powerfull Hero is Fable 1 the hero of Oakvale.Because his battles where the hardest. He single defeated Jack he had very little help, he flew from Bargate Prison alone !! For me this is the best hero and strongest hero in the Fable series. He did nearly everything alone.

The only one i had a problem wutb was saying the hero of bowerlake would probably beat reaver but i say he would absolutely smash reaver

The hero of oakvale had the easiest time when it came to fighting enemies. He defeated Jack of Blades and a bunch of other hero’s had thousands of kills more than 4 troll kills too (lil shade towards sparrow) he’s definitely the best hero we play as

The Arkon bloodline powers have been diminishing over the generation. Arkon: Story was told that he can create or lift land. Took weeks to kill Queen of blade, the most powerful of the three. And is relatively immortal. Hero of Oakvale: Can't lift land from the ocean, but can cast most high level spells instantaneously (slow time, multi-strikes, grand healing without aiming, extra strength, summoning, etc.). Can master all Strength, Skill, and Will to much more than the other two heros. Still be powerful at 65, the max you can age. Hero of Bowerstone: Your Will is a lot weaker compare to the previous. You can cast fast yet weak spells, and need to charge for more power to it. Can master Strength, Skill, and Will but not in the same level as previous. Your body looks like it's barely containing itself with all the Spell max to even see it glowing on the surface. But you have guns, so that kinda even things out. The Hero of Brightwall: You need the gauntlets to cast spells. Spells are limited. One thing the last two have that the second don't have, they don't seem to die in combat

I’d say the Hero of Brightwall is Legendary because their feats are higher than most. They killed the Crawler, the strongest Lieutenant of the Darkness, not to mention that he fights an exact copy of my himself from the prison dlc.

Beat the Hobbe killing contest? I usually win by 30+…. I think that should be at C tier. It’s super easy to do. Should’ve had beat the witchwood arena without any breaks instead.

The Hero of Oakvale becomes a demi-god. Easily the strongest. I would say many of the earlier heroes from the first game, Thunder for example, would be immensely more powerful than any of the later heroes in 2 and 3. They just weren't mythical legendary heroes anymore in Fable 2 and 3 and didn't have access to the power the original heroes from Fable 1 had. And likewise even the heroes before fable 1 were probably more powerful. Watered down as the generations passed.

Scarlett robe was legendary before she got old bro! She could defeat many balverines which was beyond the hobbe contest. And jack isnt just a powerful hero, hes a demigod from the netherworld. No shame getting trapped by him.

I don't know about Scarlet and Whisper, like I get why you put them those tiers but Scarlet basically withstood Jack's torture for20-30 years without breaking, she was washed up but of course she would be after so many years.. I don't know like if you are taking her at the point you met her on Fable, I think it would be fair for Scythe to be also downgraded. But I lied I wouldn't do that, so I would rise her to Hobbie, like yeah she might not be as renowned as other Legendary Heroes but she had guts and on her prime she was a badass hero. And Whisper, if you go by how annoying she is, then Thunder would be also downgraded, like Thunder was already living on past glories by the time you meet him. Whisper while annoying and unsensible as she is, she was as much of a jerk as any other Hero of her time, she is a Chicken Chaser through and through, the definition of average. Yeah she had potential and after she departed Albion she made a name for herself. And let's be fair, you can't compare her to the Hero of Oakvale by any means, like aside from Jack and Scythe no other on Legendary Tier can compare to him, was she trash at the arena? YES. Can she hold her own against the Hobbies? NO. Does she need food and potions? YES. Can she Chase a chicken? YES.

Jack isnt a hero but hes among the best of any villians Ive ever seen. Most evil and manipulatively powerful in any video game. Up there with vader, palpatine, sauron IMO.

Imo the hero of bowerstone is legandary how does he become so powerful with all these spells on top of having accuracy like reaver brutal strength like hammer to were he can jump to huge heights without having his legs just completely shattered and even having more powerful will abbilities then even Garth my guy doesn't even use armor or any clothing to amplify his abbilities can spam magic whenever he wants Sorry I just disagree greatly

People refer to Jack as being a hero, heck the arena announcer calls him the "Hero of Heroes". Also he has that sundial dedicated to him in the Picnic Area, people might have been forced by him to do it though. I'd also make the argument that Reaver should go in legendary tier. I may just be bias since he's one of my favorite characters, but think about it: Became the Pirate King, has lived long enough to have everyone know who he is, for better or worse, and his skill with a gun is considered legendary by people who tell stories about him.

To be fully honest I feel bad for whisper I still liked beating the crap out of her butt that's just me you're going to lost his family and the entire village she lost her entire home everybody got eaten by crackheads possibly in front of her then gets somehow to the guild who knows what happened between the krakens and the guild so I think farm boy may have had it easy since he didn't watch his entire village get killed he just hid then when all the Carnage was over went back to see his house and family so yeah he did have tragedy but not as bad as whisper also she wasn't treated right in the guild so she wasn't said as an equal so that's why she felt that's how she could be tough is sound tough and act like she stuff but got angry when she got kicked down again she didn't want to be down there again if you wanted to rise and prove everybody wrong and she said that throughout the story after a while but she just keeps losing

Scarlet Robe would scale with Brair Rose. They are both female heroine Scarlet Robe being the first female hero. Scarlet Robe conquered the arena and has more feats than briar Rose in her prime. Her being so weak is because she was tortured for decades and still managed to save power for her son.

Imo, thunder is the whole reason whisper is so wretched to you. He seems like a petty, toxic human being but even though whisper is a victim, she doesn’t grow out of her negativity and thus she is truly a tragic character. Especially if you kill her lmao (which I did)

Fable 2 has no boss fight in fable 3 you defeat the crawler. The hero in fable 3 uses gauntlets to weave magic spells together none of them are as strong as the hero of oakvale. The hero of fable 3 has more feats than the hero of fable 2.

I don't believe Jack a blades is a hero he is a being or a creature more or less that is in control of some random hero so I don't think he should be ranked as a hero more as he should be arranged as a creature

Yeah, no. Its litterally said in fable 2 that the Hero of Bowerlake is not strong enough to beat the Darkness, but his son, the Heros of Brightwall is. He is the stronger hero.

Fable 1 and fable 3 both felt like the world was ending. Jack of blades is the best boss fight. Lucien is the worst final boss fight ever made in the series. So why is the hero of fable 2 in legendary?

Skyrion I love your videos man but my god did you undersell the hero of Brightwall as they are easily legendary and no offense but you must be bad at the game as I played through fable 3 without using a single potion and without being knocked out even once! And it was easy. The hero of Brightwall is so OP and I dont see why using gauntlets to wield magic of similar power to that of the hero of bowerstone puts them down. Basically all 3 heroes we get to play as once in their prime each have the power to singlehandedly wipe out all of albion they are all stupidly OP and thats one of the reasons I love fable.

You put the Guild Master in legendary but not Scarlet Robe 🤣 Honestly I just think anybody valuable enough to be consumed by jacks mask should be legendary. The Guild Master would be stronger in his prime just like Scarlet Robe.
