Sounds like a blast.. great review Eric! My nephew owns an electric scooter. I thought I wanted one until I rode a few miles and felt like my legs were gonna give out. Good stuff but too old for this, Lol

Never too old buddy I think your nephew scooter it doesn't have a suspension also those are for kids NOT for adults even this scooter doesn't have a front suspension. Try with front suspension scooter is much smoother scooter this days are used by adults going to work.

It's been good! No issues so far. It's a solid little scooter for the price. I don't have many hills in the area but the few I've gone past, it's powered through no problem.

Hey Im really stuck between the Inmotion S1 and the commuter climber Im worried that without suspension the ride wont be smooth enough and it may be injurious over time, but I also really like the torque the climber has over the S1 what do you think?

Keep doing research! If anything keep saving . There are better and FASTER motors out there w electronic parts for repair elsewhere

Personally I'd go with the climber. Suspensions on scooters really don't make THAT much of a difference unless it's the larger off road kind. The small forks help a little, but not enough for me to trade power for it.

What’s it like hitting a pot hole, wondering if suspension is a must

You'll want to drive around potholes. The lack of suspension makes it sort of a bumpy ride (avoid cobblestone) but it is this scooter's only weakness. You have to compensate by shifting your weight around and bending your knees. It doesn't go so fast that you can't go around potholes - it's a very agile scoot. I've got about 500 miles on mine - never met a hill it had a problem with.

Inmotion almost have no spares parts for it ... thats a major problem for repair !

Awesome price for a dual motor scooter. That alone knocks out almost all of their competition at that price point. Now, only if it were dual 1000w motors instead and I'd be checking out instead of typing this!
