@SJohnsonVoiceOvers Seasonings: -Garlic powder -Onion powder -herbs: parsley, basil, cilantro, "italian seasonings" -Chili powder -cayenne powder - Good quality salt (used during prep) Cooking instructions: -Sprinkle quite a bit of salt all over the prime rib roast, wrap it up and leave it in refrigerator over night. -Let sit out for 30 minutes before going in oven. -Wrap in foil and place in "dutch oven" then put in oven at 200F until meat reaches 100 degrees. Should take one hour. -Then take out of foil, put seasonings on the meat and put back in "Dutch oven" without foil until meat reaches 120 degrees. Should take about 30 minutes. -Sear both sides of meat in skillet on the stove. Then let rest 15 minutes before carving.

The ‘cider’ is Mulled Wine, wine simmered with orange slices and aromatics like cinnamon and cloves, cooks off the alcohol so kids can enjoy it also. Adults, we like a bit of brandy or cognac in it.

I love mint, highly biased, but this tierlist is amazing other than the beef towards peppermint bark, and pecan pie. It just does depend on who makes it, a good pecan pie will give you the urge to kill someone to have more.
