@@Chiefrocka. I usually don't build PD on Jinx, that being said PD is an excellent 1rst item, I'm really not sure what you are talking about there... As for Hurricane it could be considered core on Jinx because of how well it interacts with her rockets, potentially doing great AoE damage, yet it usually only pays off big time vs heavy melee/engage teams, since they will be clogged up together in teamfights, so it's still debatable. Yet I build Hurricane on Jinx most of the times, NGL. As for Hells vs iTzSTU4RT build those are template suggestions, itemization is always situational, nothing is set into stone.
