The type of eggs cooked a little on top are called "over medium" in the states, took me a while to learn that. They come out a little snotty otherwise lol
As someone born in England and raised in America, I know all your spots, mate. Live watching you devour food like I do! I got some advice for you though, at in n out, you HAVE to get grilled onions, it makes the burger way better. And at Del Taco, you gotta get the fries, they finish the food perfectly. Let me know if you want more free advice lol
There used to be a little bar in the Old Sahara and you could get $1 beers, $1 hot dogs and $ 1 cheeseburgers! That was in the year 2000. I miss those days 😊
Ellis Island has a lot of really good food deals; my personal favourite is the $9.99 steak ‘n’ eggs at the Village Pub. Also, Blondies at Miracle Mile Shops (across from La Cantina - over your left shoulder at 4:08) has two $5.99 breakfast specials - one is similar to the one you had at La Cantina, but the better deal in my opinion is the (massive) breakfast burrito. Nice video. You need to order your eggs over easy. Then it has that slightly more cooked top. The potatoes with onions and peppers is called home fries.
'Sunny side, over hard' and the yolk will be nice and firm like you describe. And it's been a while since I've been to Vegas. There was an all you can eat sushi restaurant that only seated maybe 20 people. Sushi Manda, IIRC.
Sunnyside over hard isn't a thing brah....Sunny side up is cooked on one side until the white is set and the yolk is runny. Over hard is cooked on both sides and the whites and yolk are hard...not runny. He just had the sunny side up under cooked. The whites should be cooked all the way through. cheers
So many visitors are too lazy to look up these great cheap eats and just want to complain about how expensive Vegas is. There are so many great videos advising where to eat and stay. But everyone wants to go and be seen in the newest more expensive hotels like Fontaine Blue, Aria, The Cosmopolitan, etc.
@@CharlieVlogs yeah it looks like the “La Salsa Cantina” version is a more premium store. In California where I live we have a few but they are more like takeaway spots.
The reason you dont like mustard in N.Y. is because they only use brown spicy mustard which is nasty. Everywhere else uses normal yellow mustard which is a must on hotdogs, etc
I live in Boise, Idhao and love Vegas too. Went there in December with cousins for a few concerts. I've been there several times before but when I was younger.@@CharlieVlogs
There's a Duck Donuts in my area. Was so excited to try it. Honestly, it was pretty disappointing. It's literally the same donut, just drizzled with different toppings. I prefer Pink Box Donuts and Krispy Kreme.
Been to Vegas 3 times now and the cheap and even the mid range goods are all better than ours.. the biggest let down in vegas is the high priced food!! Poor really! Dirt dog is a must $10 ish.. and hattie B’s chicken too 👍🏻😊

Good job, dude. 1) I might be able to explain the poached egg fiasco. If you prefer poached eggs then get them "over easy" or "over medium" like the waitress offered. Not the same but close enough. Most 20-somethings in the US don't even know what a poached egg is. I'm no expert but I recall that sunny side up is equivalent to "fried egg" in the UK and then you have to ask for them to be flipped. Then you get the layer of film requested. 2) American yellow mustard will grow on you, 3) Very surprised to see you add Del Taco in this video. People are divided on it being awesome and being shit, just like Taco Bell. Either way you, eat it with the paper on the table, not in your hands:)
I happened to be in Casino Royal and was like " I gotta get this footlong hotdog". Honestly, not a bad dog and can't beat that price, atleast not in Las Vegas
