Liquidity plays a major role in trading but If you’re executing a trade and you’re not following a set of risk management program,chances are your trading results would always turn out poor
Your trading results won’t turn out poor if you’re good at managing risk properly,if know how to close your losses short and if know how to handle your set up at best.

@LESLEY if you want to know how to cut losses short it’s best you seek the counsel of a trading expert. I know this will sound like a cliché, but the main reason that people lose money in the financial markets is that they can’t cut their losses short. I was just entering the market blindly. Now I can explain what is happening in the market technically. This made me understand that inducement and liquidity are working together. Inducement lures you into the market while liquidity takes you out of it. Thanks so much .

Thanks for posting. Very informative video. Clearly, there are also strong performing stocks whose price action does not retrace all the way down to their prior lows, to allow market makers to re-balance their books. Do you have an opinion on how the market makers reconcile these losses? Do they just accept the loss, accepting that they've at least earned the spread on the orders they facilitated as the stock price ran up?
