The Ultimate Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak Recap video, made to briefly sum up (mostly) everything you need to know with a sprinkle of animations and edits.
This is the most chaotic video I've done, there's zero organization and that's okay, because this is just a animated Recap and nothing more...
Anything I didn't include was more than likely because I couldn't think of something to make for them... Sorry Thorny Toad, I love ya, but this old brain's got nothing for ya...
And who knows, maybe once I fight Malzeno properly like all of you guys, I might come around and animate an entire fight against Malzeno...

The Gunlancer lays on the ground, thoroughly drained of bodily fluids and energy. The Malzeno stands above his partner, having ascended to it's stronger 2nd form, failure was assured. Until. From behind the Vampiric Dragon on the ground, the Gunlancer began to chuckle, before turning himself onto his back to deliver a full, hearty laugh. The Head of The 3 Lords turns back to it's previous assailant. "What on Earth is so humorous to you, Mortal?" scolded the dragon. The hunter sighed as his laughter gave pause at last, "Oh nothin really, it's just that....." Before he could finish his sentence, an aura filled the air. One of Power. Of Tenacity. Of Dread. The Malzeno towards the sky to see a collection of stars slowly coming closer and closer. One a shimmering Bronze. Two a blazing Orange. One of striking Green. And one of piercing Scarlet... The Gunlancer's partner took the words out of his comrade's mouth, and of his foes worst suspicions... "Reinforcements Have Arrived....."

I also realize the come in baisly how they would attack. Could have just been all head first dive bombs but Steve come in dive kicking, Asto wing first and the B52 head first. Val pulling up is not only making sure they hit at once, but also what does Val do before dive-bombing? Lift off, circle then come in. It such a small detail but really shows the care even for a joke.

See, one thing I don't think a lot of you realize that made this a special kind of pain: I know from personal experience that half of these models, particularly the lower poly ones from older games, don't have rigged skeletons with labeled bones. So, if I'm right about this, that means Tea had to animate each individual bone on said models, often frame-by-frame, almost like an SFM equivalent of stop-motion animation. On top of that, because the bones aren't labeled, he likely often had to guess what bone was what in animating. Now THAT takes dedication!

2:43 And just like that instant Besties. Wouldnt have it any other way. Also got to say this was some amazing stuff, each segment had its own little charm and animation is great in all of them. And that final bit was just ah icing on the cake cause it was just awesome how the fight was done,and the bit where all our flying bois come in with the Rampage theme was great way to cap it off. Id say it be great to see more content like this, doesnt matter if its shorter videos or not cause I fully get how tiering and exusting it can be to make animations like these especially the longer ones, so in the end its up to you mostly.

That scene of Malzeno transforming was awesome, I'd love to see more of a serious fight made from you cause damn you did amazing! Glad I was not the only one associating Malz with "Velk but edgy" due to how similar they look lmao (Also Fyi: They both share a Kushala skeleton, as do several other ED such as Vapehazard, Toaster, Chammy, Alatreon etc. A lot of them are fundamentally just Kushala but sprinkled with unique moves and gimmicks enough to feel unique from Kush. You can see many of them still do share a lot of similarity on their basic moves and animations - there is a reason some people jokingly called Velkhana a "Frozen Kush". That being said, Malzeno is perhaps the Kush skeleton that deviated the most from its basis almost to the point where he feels more like a completely different skeleton.)

@@lucidvalidity7056 The skeletons most elder dragons (frontier and mainline) use is the equine one (four legs pointing down, 2 wings, stands tall). It's the OG standard elder skeleton that came with Gen 2 (since Gen 1 was Lao, Kirin and Fatalis), and has been reused extensively. By skeleton, what is meant is the model base that the developers have existing movements for, then paste unique features and tweak the motions to get a different elder.

That’s right a vampire, and what is one of the the most famous weakness of a vampire? Sunlight. What is Gore’s final form… a dragon that radiates light and looks like a star/sun!! Please tell me the best way to type out the throat yodeling vocalizations of which was that gloriousness that I will never unsee nor hear. For all the excellent monster animations, obviously, you human animation is great. Lots of pretty complicated little movements that give character instead of being stiff.
