QUESTION: If Player A has less then the required FR and player B gets hit by fire damage, is player A in risk of dying? Or do only YOU die if YOU have less then what’s required? In my guild there are some confusion regarding if ALL in the raid HAS to have the required FR or if it’s only the raiders with less then the required FR that can get 1. Shot. I hope the question makes sense.
@@jeppenyboejensen7773only the players with less than 226 die the instant that specific person gets hit with fire damage. If you bring a player below the cap consider your comp as having 19-people on bosses
The problem we had with the decursing and dispelling fights was that we were getting more casts than could be handled by our comp. It felt like the number of casts wasn’t tuned to 20 people so if your comp is not ideal, then it’s significantly harder.
If your raid gets AoE cursed then the difference between 40 and 20 man is that your group gets hit by 20 less curses. That's the tuning. You just have to have mages/druids/priests/paladins/shamans for the mechs unless you wanna use consumables for them or nuke bosses. If you just run melees hunters and warlocks for the most part it ain't a pikachu face scenario
@@Jonseredi That’s not how it works in practice. With 20 people, each person plays a much bigger role in the raid and the composition requirements become far more strict. So having a healer spend a significant amount of time dispelling is a much bigger drain on the raids healing than in a 40-man where you can dedicate 2+ people to focus 100% on the mechanics and the raid doesn’t suffer in healing/dps.
We have had low amount of decursers for weeks now and just found out that removing gehennas curse hurts the person removing the curse by 1000 shadow dmg.
Please make a hunter guide for this. I just got back from vacation and there is so much crap going around that it's just not making any sense. Please ;-;

Hi. Oxygen member here from the cleanest kill world (execution on WCL) on Garr. We 2 tanked it with feral and warrior. Feral on ads and warrior on Garr and you just nuke Garr.
Isn’t it better to just have an OT tank the Sulfuron adds away and everyone focuses boss? The cleaving took so long that we decided mid fight to just separate and burn and it was so much quicker that way.
they want us to burn through this in time for their "new game" wraith within, if we play 2...3....4.... or ALL of their stupid game versions .... it makes it look like more people are playing their games this is a CEO's company now.... not about the products any more all about the profits they have destroyed everything good about this game in such a short time everything microsoft touches falls apart
So they had to delay this phase by about 2 months to let it cook more, and all we get is a few half baked extra mechanics in the same raid we've been running since 2019? Everybody wants a game mode similar to sod, a classic+ but good god are these developers fumbling something that could be great.
I don't get it. Heat level 3 bosses being described as easy, but our guild wiped over and over within the first few seconds of pulling Lucifron heat level 1.
I don't have an issue with them keeping all the bosses Tank and Spank as they are in original vanilla with some minor mechanics that doesn't change the fights a whole a lot, BUT I Freaking hate when this devs start hyping up something and that thing end up being garbage or average. 1st the heat mechanic is just a prep mechanic and doesn't add anything to the fight, if you have 230 you negate the whole mechanic and if you don't you die instantly who's the genius who came up with this garbage. 2nd, the last boss is my biggest disappointement and that boss only made log out yesterday when I was watching the World 1st MC clear and tbh I lost faith in the classic devs making something interesting or engaging. how can you hype a last secret boss for to be a Ball that cast 2 spells and just drops tones of loot at this point I just think its a loot pinata.
I mean mechanically that boss looks the bset in my opinion (meeting up to dispell i think is cool) but the arbitrary number of FR or u will be one shot is so stupid. Instead of making the raid harder, they make you take off bis gear and use greens in order to stay alive.
Heat levels are a massive flop. Season of Mastery mechanics are an even bigger one. No effort put into this, just like SoM. We spent weeks farming our 0.5 gear only to put it in the bank come raid time.
Summary: MC is almost exactly the same as it was in OG and in 2019. Just a few extra mechanics and you need FR gear for the extra heat levels or you get 1-shot (literally). End boss drops legendary items more often (I think) for the sake of SOD.
well its not the same if theres more mechanics lol mc in 2019 u can go in with green gear and clear the raid.. baron has a dps check level 2 which is the normal level has a 100 fr requirement.. so yeah not really the same but sure.
