21:27 the point off the nydus is to use it, if he had retreating marines the zergling would have gotten them by running from the nydus, if you wanted to pressure it would be scary fast counter attack. but instead bc nydus mechanic are like playing an old dos based game; horrendously bad, so they are only used for cheese stuff.
22:59 T constantly adds commandcenters when ahead; Z never had macro hatches when ahead. it's one off those things that could be really good when done at the right moments ^^ like to increase production and future ensure larva

That used to be an actually viable strategy in top tier play, that is the reason why the nydus got nerfed to the current state. It takes longer to unload and each worm is more expensive.
32:29 ive been screaming this for Years!!! if you are serral or dark, sure you got 600 apm to work with, those 50 extra from using units to defend bases will likely not lose you a lot. but for Everyone else; those 50 apm you now got for other stuff, and not losing drones etc. are Extremely worth it.. and FGS start doing these on protoss as well, they got the best static in the game, good enough that with gate walls it can hold off 40-50supply armies without support at all. or for 2-3 warpcycles if they are dedicating tier and tech units too destroying it. also you should have one more in top, so it actually kills the medivac boosting in from top as they 100% will
32:56 use nydus to take weird bases on their side off the map. 300 for hatch, move drones through, mine as much as you can steal; you can even make a lot off it into static if you want to wasted his side off the maps resources, but else just evacuated before it becomes a danger, and use the hatch to produce units into the nydus; do it several places over the fight; and it becomes very hard to stop you from maximum mining all the time, also it would look AWESOME and feel super Zerging ;D
Hold position lurkers were actually invented by mistake. Someone figured out that if you grouped an overlord with your lurkers in Brood War, you could hold position the overlord and it would also stop Lurkers from firing. It was a big deal to happen several years into the games life! So the hold position option for SC2 lurkers is just copying that.
I have the greatest, dumbest idea ever. Proxy buildings as zerg around the maps using pooperlords, like an Ultra Cavern or a Spire into a muta play, just some really dumb stuff.
Question: Does the final opponent's team color changing to light blue as soon as they leave indicate this was not a ladder game? 41:41 Curious who the opponent was.
I still really want to see proxy nydus network + nydus worm at home when opponent is present there, or just double nydus, combined with perhaps swarmhosts, so the opponent gets no warning of the first wave
Both plumbing and electrical stuff have low risk starting points. For electric stuff, installing a ceiling lamp (IKEA style) is literally two cables. Next level is exchanging a socket. In plumbing, installinf a dishwasher or washing machine is level 1. That’s a single pipe and an electric socket. The next level is changing kitchen faucet, which is usually 3 nuts and perhaps a bit of plumbing tape.
And idea for bgmwss - contain enemy and prevent them from expanding with static defense (batteries, cannons and such stuff) until they are out of resources?
@@zor8952 I believe you, but are you talking about a dark v harstem game? Which one? I remember they played eachother in a "best of 2" where they split 1:1. It was some kind of team vs team I think. I believe Dark did early roaches both games, which I think is what he does vs people he thinks are worse than him.
