I think you should cut out a doorway in that one wall and build out onto the one side where you have a porch…you would have room for a bathroom and closet.. I wish you would have consulted me, I would have brainstormed with you.. ;).. move that peach tree away from the house more..it needs more sun than it will get being against the house..:)
