As far as I've seen, you can buy land for a down payment of 100 coins, but you need to maintain it. For your other questions, I might leave it to the others to answer as I haven't explored those yet.

The game is really ugly and complicated. There is no berries, only coin, don’t know how to sell in the market, 0 quests. Plus, u can earn $PIXEL for free in the game? So the token will be 0$ soon?
