Imo the buff made him rlly good, I think the 0.1 delay for his airbag boost was rlly the thing that was making him a lot weaker. On top of that his decoding and range buff helped him as well, cuz going from 10% decoding debuff to 5% is very good. He probably wasnt all that bad before the buff anyway, although I think the buff was well deserved.
