When I upload Rust Gameplay Videos, you will find many different things including stories of my adventures, intense PVP highlights and fights, Solo Survival, Group Survival, Roleplaying, Funny Moments, Trap Bases and much more!
The only aim in Rust is to survive. To do this you will need to overcome struggles such as hunger, thirst and cold. Build a fire. Build a shelter. Kill animals for meat. Protect yourself from other players, and kill them for meat. Create alliances with other players and form a town. Do whatever it takes to survive.

I absolutely love all of Welyn's videos that have him work slowly to destroying a big base. He having to build a large team, slowly getting enough resources to break into a base. And my favorite part, he and his team carefully negating traps and working their way into massive bases until they get to the heart of the base and destroy it. I just love seeing the progress of slowly bringing a base to it's knees.

It hits the same area of my brain as a "Fight" movie. You know, like a Boxing movie, or a Racing movie. Hero loses to an unfair or overwhelming opponent, trains, gathers allies, encounters odd situations, maybe gets sabotaged by the rival, and at the end triumphs through hard work and maybe a bit of luck. Sure that is a fairly generic hero journey (maybe not titular Hero's Journey) but the vibe is most closely to that kind of meta-genre. Also the silly but secretly immensely powerful ally trope is met with Porgie.

This was surprisingly tense. Usually Welyn's most tense vids are ones where he's solo against big odds, but this one was his skilled group vs a wealthy online group. It's so easy for things to go awry, very fun to watch. You still got it, Welyn, hope you're still having fun with this crap. XD

I just started whatching ur videos and I gotta admit I’m amazingly impressed by the whole build-up that leads tho the final act of the journey. Man i've played rust for like 1 month solid with my friends, we got raided a couple times and quit for good, but i still love watching your videos and how you make a story out of the most mundane things. Also love the Cadence in your voice and how everything seems to flow.. Keep it up man!
