From the combiner wars series, the supreme commander Skylynx combines with Hound, Smokescreen, Wheeljack and Trailbreaker to form Sky Reign!! This one took much much effort! I know that the combined limbs are not in the right position but I do feel this arrangement gives it a better look!

I know this is the "Combiner Wars" formation... but personally I perfer the "Unite Warriors" formation Sky Lynx (Chest) + Wheeljack (Right Arm) + Hound (Left Arm) + Ratchet (Left Leg) + Trailbreaker (Right Leg) also for those wondering, Sky Reign *DID* assume a four-legged form in the "Unite Warrirors" Manga

You're Wheeljack looks better than the one in Rise Of The Beasts. Also that combiner is an interesting idea I've never heard of a combiner with it's own alt mode.

There are combiners with alt modes but those were scrapped by hasbro later.

Wow, I never saw a four-legs combiner and it looks amazing, like, they should've do that for the Earth Wars version, wich I have (upgrading for level 20), at least as an ability, turning into a four-legs combiner and smashin everything
