Ive been feeling so unstable when chasing my twinflame, but I should not chase him cause he wants me to focuse on myself cause sometimes he ignores and often he answers. He has never blocked me but Ive blocked him alot. He must think Im totally insane.

I didn’t know it was a twinflame until 4 years post break up. I can’t stand this looking for a twin flame. I wish I never had to go through this and had a normal relationship life
Yes, I did love my life until I realized that I couldn't replace the person I lost. It was "the best of times" when we were together, and the "worst of times" apart. And NO ONE ---- NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON CAUGHT MY ATTENTION. My heart always belonged to this one person and the feelings never left. I couldn't even get angry with what happened that split us up. I don't know what split us up. I just don't believe I will ever love another person like I love my TF, and second best is just not good enough for me, and I would never want to treat someone else like that either. I couldn't even pretend. It would be so fake. I've been alone for nearly 35 years and I didn't want to spend the rest of my life without this person in it. I just had to try again ---- and give it my best effort ---- and I don't know what else I can do. Thank you for the help.

The thing that helped me be ok if my TF just happened to get into a relationship is the simple fact that she is her own person. We are not in a relationship together. We are the same soul, but we're not the same person. We both have our own cars, our own ID cards, our own jobs, our own lives. I can't expect her not to live. That's why I don't care to check her social media, because it's her life to live.

yes thank you. it helped me a lot. i stopped chasing, i stopped crying, i stopped communicating at all, now, via email when i can feel him having a hard time, even. however, i really have began knowing that my twin flame & i are the same person, in different bodies, the feeling i used to feel as him in my soul is me & my soul. also, i’m working in my purpose & that’s very fulfilling. i have some hours thruout the week, where i feel satisfied & joyful, i no longer need my twin flame, but i haven’t gotten to a happy place, where i don’t want to be with him. i almost always wanna be with him, but more & more i’m ok without him, but ok isn’t happy. i don’t see how that’s possible, when the man i’m deeply in love with, who’s deeply in love with me, but stuck in another relationship for his children, isn’t with me to hug, kiss & make love to. how is that possible, to be happy without HIS physical touch, when touch is one of my primary love languages? i hug mycellf, put my hand over my heart, have masturbated a couple times thinking about him, since it’s been 4 months, in separation. it kinda feels like being a vet’s wife & he’s in another country & they only get to see each other every few months. that would be a strain on anyone. i just don’t understand being happy without your man, for months at a time, but i want to know what else i can do that i’m not already doing, to get there. i understand being at peace. i often have peace, bcus i accept what is & know that there’s a reason(s) we’re still in separation. i’m just seeking to continue moving forward.

Will he ever come back if I only focuse on myself, meditate daily and breathwork. I havent seen him in 2,5 years but we have communicated alot but Ive been the one chasing. He has texted me maybe 2-3 times that shocked me. Didnt see it coming either that he would text me first. But he has never chased me like Ive chased him.
