I like your predictions on SS86, the designers from Hasbro said that they’re gonna release everyone from the film as a figure -I’m hoping that Hound will get released separately in 2 or 3 years cause I don’t wanna buy that multipack -We need a non dying version of Prowl someday -there are more Junkions to be made according to my research

D-Mac, Mark, and Evan from the Hasbro Transformers team have stated that eventually every character from the 86 movie will eventually get done, so I could definitely see Rodimus Prime getting a new screen accurate head sculpt, a trailer that fits a lot closer to the cab, alnd with more screen accurate coloring. And if SS86 Ultra Magnus is any indication, I must say that I’m very patiently excited for what’s to come in the future.
nah we don't need everyone in SS'86, unless they would make the line exclusive. The budget is for the entirety of the Studio Series line, and then its subsets. Plus they may need G1 figures to sell under the new line banner. SS'86 is still mainline as well. This is why I stress so much to people the lines are interchangeable.
If these new upcoming releases are better than what came before, then Hasbro will hold my wallet hostage. Looking at you Mensor and SS86 Ultra Magnus. The 2025 releases looks like prayers answered. OMG, new Devastator, Superion and Bruticus!

That's why Hasbro put Earth mode Hound in the Autobots United 5 Pack. 14:26 The SS '86 Rodimus Prime's trailer should be made without the gaps in the exhaust pipes. The G1 trailer didn't have gaps in the exhaust pipes. Rodimus Prime's spoiler doesn't have to be as wide as it is and then there would be no need for gaps in the trailer's exhaust pipes. Also, Hasbro should design the vehicle mode to fit two Titan Masters so that the Exo-suit Spike and Leinad/Daniel Titan Masters can ride inside of Rodimus Prime like they did in the '86 Movie.
If you're going to timestamp, listen to the whole 11:18 video please. I state that this release was cancelled. We know the whole line is cancelled. As far as Rodimus, they may do that, they may not since the figure was a big undertaking as is. Who knows they may revisit him again for SS'86, I guess we will find out in the coming months.
Just discovered this channel. What a great video you've put together pal! I've only got the Dinobots and Ratchet (so far). Would have bought SS86 Blaster, but honestly apart from the Eject repaint, I don't think it improves on Kingdom Blaster which I already have. Cannot wait for the Constructicons next year - I'll be all over those! Hoping for SS86 Prowl, even if it just turns out to be a Legacy repaint as it was impossible to find him and don't want the "dead" version", and Astrotrain as I missed out on the Legacy one. A new Springer mould would be cool too as I already have the Wreck N Rule version! Nice job!
No the main reason was there was a lot of Target exclusives toys, many Transformers that got sent to Ollie's. Also this was a later wave which Target probably didn't wanna be stuck with, but honestly Legacy Hound WAS needed because while the Siege version was great, the aesthetic we need to match the earth styled version was needed. He just looks so much like him. Target didn't realize the potential sales as we waited thru all of WFC, and the end of Legacy to finally get him. Now the sales may be different because you have to buy the 5 pack...but he is worth it. Maybe like Cosmos Hasbro can reissue Hound as a stand alone and not under SS'86 when he was rarely in the movie
I could see an Insecticons repaint set. Kickback needs to lose those transparent wings (they were white or grey or silver looking in the cartoon and original toy but never clear), Bombshell could have his grey/black chest (and, ideally new lower robot legs or whole new robot from the waist down). There isn't much to improve on Shrapnel since he is almost cartoon accurate, but those big purple guns (that should fit under the forearms in robot mode) are too big and inaccurate.
Yooo, I thought about that. I had to do some customizations on my 3 insectticons but yeah I would not mind seeing an update that is more animation accurate 💯💯💯
I love the Rodimus Prime figure, but I lose hair transforming that thing. It always feels like something is going to break which is a shame since I love both bot and vehicle modes. Major clearance issues with some of those parts.
I was lucky to get the Rodimus Prime commander figure but I could not for the life of me transform him into his robot form, thats more on me as I am not used to transforming figures this complicated. But he is impressive and I honestly would see him being re-released for 2 reasons, number1, there are probably plenty of people that missed out on him and would like a chance to get him again without having to get screwed on the after market and number 2 its a really good mold that probably cost Hasbro a lot of money to engineer and they would probably want to keep making money off it.
No one missed out on Kingdom Rodimus, he sat around a lot of places for a minute so the only reason they would even do another one is "just because" and that's it....even on the aftermarket you can get Rodinus at cost. Personally I can transform him and he is one of the stellar figures they produced but the new designers have decided to leave their mark.
Actually, SS'86 Starscream was a brand new mold. They had a new grayscale figure made which they wouldn't have had to made if they were using the earthrise mold. Galvatron, I like the one we have, I hope it's minor but enough to give him perfection.
Galvatron doesn't really need a new mold as badly as Megatron and the seekers but I would not be against it happening either. I know there are gun laws that might cause issues with Megatron getting a proper gun alt mode but I still hope they do it otherwise there is no point in doing a SS86 version as he wont be accurate which defeats the purpose of doing him in the first place. The seekers also badly need an upgrade especially with the annoying way the nose cone hangs over their back in robot mode. There is no excuse for this especially with what they were able to pull off with Cyclonus.
@@Nostalgic-mt6lr they will not be doing a gun Megatron, it will be a new mold but he’s going to be a tank, we know this thanks to leaks from a VERY reliable source, and if you don’t like the Earthrise seekers then why do you get the siege ones, they’re great figures!
@@OogaBooga24723 Its a shame that they are not doing the gun megatron then as I thought they might actually give us a proper G1 accurate mold. I assume the siege ones are the non earth based alt modes. They look good and I will keep an eye out for the legacy re-issues. I still think they will eventually give updated earth seeker molds but it will probably be a while before that happens. Its not that I completely dislike them as they have their charm but its only after watching the G1 cartoon did it make me think how badly they need an update.
Not true, the animation was based off of existing toys already made from other toy lines in Japan. They were no an afterthought. yes the toys now are made to resemble the animation, but the animation was born form an original toy first.

Studio Series '86 Swoop is a scary one right now. He's STILL listed as being due for release next month (April!), but it's now March, and we've had ZERO images of him, anywhere. I'm praying he hasn't been cancelled or delayed!
With the trailer you mean? Where 'white Optimus' did disappear into Magnus' his robot in the series, Rodimus' trailer was seperate like Optimus Prime his trailer.
ill have to look at the bb86 kup my ss kup has loose arms sockets. ss86 magnus wasnt to me much better than er as the truck cap wont stay on and the ears loke to pop out on their own and shoot across the room. cliffjumper needs a redo with a correct alt mode. my seige springer the helicoptor sides dont like to stay tabed in ill try the ss 86. i like prime a couple upgrades and hes fine. megatron on the otherhand seige i like the transformation and robot mode on er i liked the look of hated the sword but the feet are hot trash on ALL of them i dont have a single on the can stand on its own. we need them to remake octane as a non damn headmaster since he wasnt. a good version of broadside at all would be nice and then theres the combiners good gravy combiner wars crap were ok place holders but come on hasbro abominus and pirannacon? you owe us hasbro.
