Another great build vid as always TFM, I love the presentation, its very simple to understand and you dont rush through jumping all over the place, thank you for what is clearly a good deal of effort keeping things concise and high in quality
Out of all the videos I have watched on Outriders builds on RU-vid you have done it the best job. Great detail and explanation of whats going on with the gear and mods.
Love love love your videos! I preordered Worldslayer & only spent 4-5 hours playing so far. I'm finding myself underpowered similar to leveling in original game. I rely heavily on speed run pyro, but excited to try this build.
I was pyro main but recently switched to techno because I love this ap crit based blightfire build. But this is how I always wanted pyro to be played so if eruption is viable then I wanna try it out!
I saw your previous Lava Lich build vid (and used your pre-Worldslayer one to finish my Eruption accolade a few months back.) and when I saw this one I decided to see if i could put it together again with the now 'currently' Apoc 25 loot I've been storing up and I'm happy to say that minus a couple of mods (Arms and anomaly + Debris) and purple guns, its working REALLY Well! Honestly I think this Build should be nick named the Col. Mustang Build... Before this I was trying hard to make a torturer firepower/build work with the new gear and pax tree tree but even incomplete your AP setup allows me to surpass what DPS I was doing by about 50% I'd say, at least. So to say, Thanks for the very useful video!
I need to look out for this build. My current eruption pyromancer build uses Acari to build up AP, then overheat everyone, then nuke with three eruptions. Works pretty strong
My build is almost identical, but I have the increase range for ash blast which make a huge difference for trash clear time. Before I had all the right gear pieces I switched ash blast range for a damage mod because it's that good for trash clear, but now that I have all the pieces I don't have to go without the extra damage. Also I switch out gloves for either 2 or 3 eruptions depending if I'm fighting a boss or not. I find that only having 2 for no boss fights is much better because it gets my ash blast and overheat back faster to clear trash

I started a Pyro myself after Techno. When I was leveling Techno I got plenty of legendaries, but now I haven't got a single one. Almost done with the campaign.. RNG I guess.
I am so glad Lava Lich is actually good now. In the base game when I first got to expeditions I ran a build using FTF, Bomb, and Eruption that carried me from CT 1-10, before I hit a wall. So I had a love of eruption and thermal bomb. By the time I was regularly farming CT 15 I tried making a LL build, and it just wasn't good enough sadly. Even after many updates and buffs, by the time of new horizon LL was viable, but didn't feel good. After your last LL build I was inspired to try a little bit of the same thing with a twist. I LOVE flame wave thanks to a year of using Acari set, and one of my LL pieces rolled with burnt out on it. So I tried something a little different. I ran a class tree like how you'd build out for Acari, starting bottom, and then going middle tree. I run wave, ashblast, eruption with LL set. I technically have a dead mod on my helmet with ashen champion, but it also has death sentence. I also use the helmet for my acari faser build too, so it works. The build obviously has less utility in room clearing, although still VERY good at that because eruption is nuts. But its ability to obliterate bosses is hilarious. Edit: I should probably explain why I built my Lava Lich this way. Going all the way to the bottom tree capstone gives you 30% more base damage to explosive skills. Going middle tree capstone gives you 45% armor and resist pierce, which translates to 90% resist pierce thanks to mod combos, as well as AP. That's 90% more damage from master exploder which converts resist pierce directly into damage. Burnt out makes enemies take 30% more damage, and comes from an ignite skill, making it extremely easy to activate magma golem. Technically since the lava lich helmet has ashen champion, I could use faser beam to activate magma golem. That would probably be overall better damage, but I *really* wanted a reason to use flame wave, and the damage is already so stupid it really doesn't matter.
@@theFullMeasure Between Acari faser and Heatseeker being absurd. I never would have even considered trying Lava Lich again with out your inspiration. I'm trying to get good pieces of Scorched Zealot to try that out. I tried it much earlier, and the damage was great. But I don't really like bullet pyro, and it was WAY too glassy with my early gear. Kinda wish it was AP focused, but every other set is AP already. Maxwell's demon LMG Pyro is actually insane though, especially if you have a Techno running mag reset on fixing wave. It makes bullet frenzy absolutely hilarious.
I’d be really interested in seeing a Scorched Zealot build for pyro, I’ve been messing around with one and the melee can do really good damage against elites but the build falls off against bosses, so I want to find a way to slot in FASER to supplement it. It’s not meta but it feels really fun to play at times, its just difficult to build.
This build slaps. I ended up with a mind mugger sniper rifle with fortress in the apoc slot, and it had the right stats, so I slapped mages rage on it and that's my "ramp gun". At item level 68, I go from 1.3 million AP just standing around, to 17.1 million AP fully ramped up. (I even took screenshots) mages rage is freaking borked, but even if they fix it so it does exactly what the tooltip says, this build will still kick ass... Or I will simply switch to a different mod in that spot.
Intresting. I use a different version of this build, with some other mods. Some i coulnt get as a 3rd mod. But room clearing is the key. Sadly i dont have pompeii. I do use omen with eruption mod on a weapon together. So still 3 eruptions. Its fun.
Oh yea, this that real Thanos snap wish they would change the animation to make it look like Pyro isn't even trying, that would be hard, like a real snap without throwing your arm out yakno?
I love using my ash blast overheat eruption build bc it’s so fast and efficient but good lord after a while this build just bores me so much. It’s such a non engaging style of play that I just get bored really fast
the way i read trigger sequence, it says the 25% is applied to the next skill you cast, so applying overheat first would get the 75% for the third eruption. is that not the case?
I am using the old version of LAva Lich because thats what i had laying around. Its still very good. The bosses still melt:) I only have 28 global cooldown though. I see as other mentioned, you have 83. How is that possible? Can it have something to do with old Lavva vs new Lava Lich set? 3 pieces with CD, Same PAX and there is only 1 CD in Ascension.. Should be the same? Or am I missing something here..
Am I misunderstanding how that Pax Tree Node works...? You keep saying that the first Eruption will do 25% more damage and so on, but what I read is, activating an Explosive Skill increases the NEXT Explosion Skill damage by 25%. So, if you want to have 75% extra damage on an Eruption, you need to start the cycle with Overheat, and then you get extra damage on Eruptions. Maybe I'm misunderstanding the text, or the thing is bugged, but honestly I don't understand your thought process in this case...
No you are right and I had interpreted that pax point wrong from the jump, meaning that it starts 0-25-50-75, ie 4 casts gets you to max damage which makes rotation of ash-overheat-Erup-Erup-Erup the way to go. Thanks for the correction.
I have a question for Full Measure or players in the know. I played through the Worldslayer campeign & working on the trials at the end. I've grinded up to AT 30 but I only have 4 nodes on the pax tree. What do I need to do to get the last point in Pax?
If you had to choose between Death sentence and no resistance against the fortified what would you choose? The way my build is atm I don't have the gear to get both on my build I've tried both and tbh it's hard to tell the build is just so good I'm hoping I'll get Lucky and a gear piece will drop with one of them on it so I can finally have my build complete but I was just wondering your opinion?
i noticed your upgrade video but i have one thing that bothers me you have three volcanoes in the video you are playing.. but when you show the upgrade and equipment composition you only have 2 volcanoes.. you are showing the right equipment
Not sure if I follow, the build showcase shows me using 3 Eruptions on the boss etc and in the gear it shows me having Etna and Pompeii, which give me access to 3 Eruptions
As you are starting out it's easier to build Firepower builds since they are less mod-combo intensive than Anomaly builds... however when starting out you should focus on getting to 30 and finishing the story... after which you will have quite a few mods etc and work from there.
Ive been trying to make concussioner a thing, but I cant seems to figure out my mods correctly, its focus is on golem, since equator is behaving incredibly weird
Honestly I made a melee build and tried concussion but the rolls on the gear wasn't good so it suffered and wasn't that good, but now I use seismic commander set with the bleed dmg, concussive force, claws, melee 100%increase, for the mods, earthquake, tremor, golem, bruh I wreck anything withing close range and barely take any damage that bleed damage is pretty good
Damm i guess every steamer is gunna start makin this same build 8 days after it was already made lmfaoo if every streamer takes eachothers builds it doesnt leave us a whole ton of options😂

@@visionofgrey Apocalypse(3 mod slot) items are with Worldslayer and have a unique border around them to differentiate between them and normal items. All legendaries and Epic items can roll with a Apocalypse slot, which is based on RNG and your Apoc Tier
