Its the 5m he is using its at the top of his chart.. U can also use 15m but its so valitile using 5m make u catch movements quick one more thing u canbuse 15m to see the clearer movement of the marker and use thw 5m to enter..(hope this help u T)

The first chart clearly says 5 minutes & this works on all TF. Start from 4 hour then scale down to know major trends.

Your strategy is good and can make money with it but explanation on the intro took much time than the strategy explanation. This elongate the video unnecessarily. When you show the numbers of trades a trader could have possibly made at the last part of the video, you didn't outline the retest zones for better assimilation and assurance. Thanks for the good job. I love it.

Thanks for your guidance. The least lot size in volatility 75 index is 0.01 and not micro 0.001. How did you manage to have 0.001 in this video which shows its one-day old?
