Colby was moving so damn fast with his on-the-spot marriage to Madelyn. I thought to myself that this dude was gonna trap her so she really doesn’t go no where and low and behold…🥴🤯

I noticed they talked about Shanique and Zay indiscretion but didn’t show clips of Madelyn and Randall. The way they were kissing so hard tongue all down each other’s throat the last night! I’m pretty sure they smashed. They are both so sneaky they’ll take it to their grave!!

Good luck between Colby and Madelyn. They were arguably one of the most toxic couples there and now a child is going to be involved in this mess. That’s a lot to handle.

The reunion was kinda trash,why didn't they address Alexis being a drama queen because Colby says he wasn't attracted to her or Madelyn thirsting over Randal and kissing off camera and shanique and nate conection or was Madelyn pregnant while making out with Randal or why Ray gaslit zay the whole time when she obviously didn't want him

I don’t wanna be mean, but I don’t care about Nick Lachey and Vanessa’s relationship. I felt they were sharing a lot of personal stuff during the reunion and I would have rather used that time to hear about the other couples

I really thought Madalyn would’ve stood up for herself and left his manipulative a$$ 😭😭 hate that for her.

Rae needs the most help out of everyone on this show by a long shot. she needs to do a lot of work on herself.

Zay was my favorite. He seemed like the most sincere, kind, and respectful man on the show. Obviously, he has things he needs to work through, but his intentions only ever seemed good. Even with the argument between him and Rae where she hits him, I didn't jump to "aggressive". He always got gaslit, his words twisted, and then was the "bad guy" when he ended up frustrated for not being heard! Nate is the one with the most scary undertones of possessiveness and aggression! And Madylin was straight up toxic. She was openly repulsed by Colby and used "honesty" as a disguise for being horribly mean to the other women.

also….why didn’t they talk about how rae punched zay in the face during their argument? so much went unsaid in this reunion.

I'm pretty sure shanique taught she knew. Shanique did need to say it to her. Shanique had the decency to say it to her man. he should say it to her.

I agree with you about Zey. Thank you for speaking up. Zey needs therapy, period. I hope this experience has pushed him into it. I, like you, see a potential gem in him. Praying for him.

Editing for this show seemed like it actively tried to make me dislike everyone. First, mission accomplished. Second, now I'm supposed to be happy for this high control relationship turning into an instant marriage and baby on board (Madelyn & Colby), Rae exploring her sexuality (could have been a very pro-LGBTQI storyline, but instead we heard about it for 2 seconds), and all the other messes they either didn't get into or tried to gloss over with a 2-mibute surface level convo??? Nah...

Thank you for the comment about Madelyn having yes men friends…totally agree. They should be people who aren’t afraid to be real with you. They should be able to tell you when you are acting a fool and not just go whatever way you want them to. I had a friend who kept getting back with her cheating ex. Every time I was like girl this is dumb but I respect your choice and I’m here for you judgement free if it goes bad. You can be honest and supportive at the same time

I really hated the way Rae spoke to Zay..she didn't let him speak. Ugh..I didn't like her at all, she seems toxic to me. I'm positive he will find someone who will bring out the best in him.

I felt throughout watching the series that Colby and Madelyn were VERY conscious about being on a TV show, and played a storyline. That's what we got , for entertainment.

The Rae situation confuses me. How you breaking up with him then demanding he come lay with you?! Now she’s Bixsexual we’re supposed to clap for her and forget how shady she was. Lol OK I feel like she brought him on the show and made him look a fool.

I completely agree with your take on zay as it relates to him being aggressive, yes he gets passionate when having a discussion but everyone got heated it's not right to label him

Did anyone peep Rae fake crying I ain’t even seen a tear fall off 🤔 it was like zay was damned if he tried because she wasn’t responding back and he was damned if he didn’t because then she like he didn’t come home. She was all over the place I hated it

These people should have defined what the terns were before the process begin in the trial marriage. Madelyn became upset with Colby for sleeping with another person while in a trial marriage is just as stupid as Rae's frustration with Zay. Both women were being intimate with their partners in the trial marriage while seemingly happy. This was a dumb concept. And, if that's the case, everyone cheated.

Throw the entire reunion away. The hosts were not hosting. I rolled my eyes at Vanessa several times. Nate is straight 🧢. He will be resentful and Lauren didn’t convince me. Rae and Jake are laughable 🤣. Zay and Shanique 😮🥴mouth on floor. How can Randall come back from that?! I wouldn’t be able to!!!! Zay to real for the fluff answers, and he is raw. He needs a sensor ( & therapy) but I like him so I’ll give grace. Alexis….girl bye! She has a lot of opinions on other couples like she’s in the best relationship. The way Vanessa supported Rae and made Zay seem like the bad guy was all I needed to see. It was infuriating!!! I’m sick of it.

Sidenote: I HATE the editing in this show. Especially in the finale it was so pieced together.

April and Jake didn't relapse, they were only living together. Rae and Zay we the only ones who relapsed.

I didn't think Zay was aggressive at all. I think he was getting frustrated with ppl not letting him finish his thoughts. You can see that with Rae and Shanique. He was trying so hard to but they kept interrupting him therefore he got louder. When he got too bothered he left which I think was smart of him. There is no problem with walking away to cool off. When everyone is calm you talk about things again. At the end, I noticed how right Zay was about Rae and why he didn't want to marry her.

If they have another season, the participants definitely need to be older and in longer relationships… cause every bit of mess just felt like young foolishness. It wasn’t even juicy, it just got hard to watch IMO.

I agree with what you said about Zay's demonization. On reddit, they went crazy saying he was a domestic abuser and all sorts of bullshit. People love throwing around these labels willy nilly without thinking.

Zay reminds me of my brother. Like they communicate just the same and get misunderstood for it. But zay to me is an emotional guy with a lot of intense feelings and he feels his shit strongly so thats why it comes off as "aggressive" to sum ppl I guess and sum ppls personalities wouldn't go well with Zays cuz he is more dominant but he also has a clear soft side and is sweetheart and I think more than anything he needs understanding in his life also I feel for him with the shit he's been through with his family it was sad to hear that he doesn't have communication with his parents. I feel like he needs sum healing, love, and understanding in his life

I think Zae just gets frustrated with his communication. I think for some reason when other people see him this way, they dig in deeper with him. Now him not letting Rae leave, not ok. But i have seen the double standard with him being unwarrantedly labeled aggressive.

Alexis is soooo fake. She literally just said she was high maintance. Who in the right mind would be together with someone like that? Someone who use all your money on material stuff, make-up, jewelry etc etc. Her personality doesnt seem that great either. Madlyn was the 2nd girl whom I felt was fake as hell. I dont know what happens behind the scenes, I really dont get why she and Colby were together. She was jumping on Randall faster than a shooting bullet. From what I saw on that show she didnt show any concern for Colby, only for Randall and the idea of dating others. Why be together if thats your opinion then? My fav girl was def April. Sure she was full of emotions etc, but she was real.

Exactly!! Why is Zae constantly being called aggressive? He’s not my fav but cmon. Did we all miss all the other men’s behaviour with the exception of Hunter when there were disagreements. Jake outright cussed April out for going through his phone! The way Nate spoke to April at the table when she called him out for proposing to Lauren would have gone down differently had it been Zae. People just feeding into stereotypes and Rae milked that moment. As much as I like April she was a hothead but for whatever reason she was considered ‘passionate’. If shanique was behaving like April she’d have be considered ghetto or angry black woman - definitely not passionate! Rae milked that moment on stage

The way they treated Ray vs Zay rubbed me the wrong way. She got to scape by with what's she's done, GOT CODDLED, could get to mutter her sry sry sry. But with Zay they hung him out to dry. Passed me off! Zay def got demonized, he got no sympathy.

I don’t think anybody who is serious about marriage should be on this show. So I understand why Nate proposed. Look at what happened with most of the couples. April is co-dependent. How did she move in with a whole other man that fast?

Shanique and Rae weren't friends when Shanique slept with Zay. Plus Rae said it herself that she didn't talk about the trial marriage with Shanique because she didn't want their friendship to be about that. So to me, it seems like Shanique didn't know nor did she have a way of knowing that Rae never knew about their sexual relations.

I thought it was shady but interesting they they paned to see Lauren’s face after nick snd Vanessa said kids were the best thing they’ve ever done together. She pursed her lips and made a bit of a face. I don’t want kids ever and will never date anyone that wants kids! some of the things she said told me how on the fence she was with not kids specifically but kids with Nate.

Be careful ladies with handling men with kiddie gloves and continuing to extend too much "grace" to them to change and do better. Lots of times women end up being caught in a whirlwind of violence and eventually end up with a toe tag in cold storage. It is not women's jobs to "fix" or "teach" men how to behave and mature; it's even seen as infantilizing and emasculating to some men. The man needs serious therapy, not a relationship. Every 5.5 hours... 🕊

I watched a recap from another channel and was uncomfortable by the channel and its followers calling Shanique and Zay the most aggressive couple. I didn't find them to be nearly the loudest or angriest. I found made Madeline to be the scariest with her pressuring for sex. I wish people also wouldn't have demonized people for walking away from arguments. If there's a point where a conversation has not stopped escalating, it is okay and even best to take a step back and separate to regroup.

I unfortunately think Shanique ruined her chances with Randall. I don’t think he can get over her hooking up with Zay. He can put on a front but I’m certain that behind closed doors he can’t get over it.

Made for TV? Yes, but seriously, if everything on this show was real. What kind of people would use such a public venue to address their terrible relationships. It had a “Jerry Springer” vibe. All these relationships started and ended as s*** shows. It was like watching a 12 car pileup! I sure hope Madlyn’s baby isn’t Randall’s! I’m not kidding!

I totally agree with you on the Rae- Zay thing. I get that she'd told him she didn't want to continue the relationship so he went out and drunk all night instead of dealing with his feelings. But like, she can't turn off her feelings that easily, so she must've been worried sick over where he was and why he wasn't checking in to let her know he was okay. And then for him to go off script and not return around 2-3am as usual. I would have started calling hospitals or something. Especially knowing Zay's coping mechanism is to drink; anything can happen when people are drunk, they can make bad or reckless decisions. This is certainly part of my own bias re: men who do stupid shit instead of dealing with their feelings. But part of that behavior--the part where he didn't respond, made sure she couldn't contact him--feels like a way to emotionally hurt or manipulate her into caring about him, you know? I haven't watched the show, only your recaps, so I don't know if that possibility is something that was brought up or not. Tbh, they sound like they could be great partners, just not to each other. Like maybe it's what they bring out in each other that made their relationship so toxic. I really hope they don't bring all that into their future relationships. I don't understand Madlyn's choices. Like at all. I am worried it's not going to be a healthy marriage, and I'm especially worried now that they're having a kid. 😬That seems... fast. Idk if it was intentional, but in terms of manipulation Colby is on a whole other level even for reality tv /relationship shows. That being said, like you, I hope it's all good for the kid's sake.

I have to disagree that Rea would also need to be upset with Shanique keeping her tris with Zay secret b/c that wasn't her place to tell her & 2 girly probably thought Zay already told her lol. It's not like they all didn't know this was a TV show that would be airing all their dirty deeds for views lol. Him keeping that secret was so stupid.
