Actually, there are at least several factories of trains in Poland. Many of them had own design offices like Pesa or Newag. Pesa produces not only for Poland but for 11 markets. The trains Ghana bought are similar to those sold to Germany. For a russian troll it is hard to understand, I know.

What about the training education aspect of our mechanics in every region, so it can be maintained. Also build huge fabrication workshops and companies within the industry to ensure we dont rely on the West for everything

First, you need rail tracks which allow such a speed. This train can make 160 km/h but only in designed tracks.

It is very possible. Ghana has a much smaller economy and less congested. Thus it will be easier and less expensive for Ghana to industrialize faster than Nigeria.
