Love the message, one tip, there’s a very sharp loud clicking every time the lessons are mentioned, it’s really distracting and a loud nuisance. Great video otherwise.
Great video but can u PLEASE do away with the 3 whipping sounds at the beginning of every of the 10 points u raised? With such a calming and reflective video, its so jarring and shocking. At first i thought my car was sparking up or something. Otherwise, keep up the great work.
I am listening this at the archeological site of Sirmium Emperors Palace, place where Marcus Aurelius lived for a decade. Looking towards the river where he probably looked in his time. I feel a strong connection to the place we shared, with 2000 years between us. These words seam timeless and more valuable then anything I hear around me now.

Acceptance of Fate: Embrace life’s unpredictability and accept what we cannot control. Mindfulness: Focus on the present moment and cherish it. Gratitude: Appreciate what you have rather than longing for what you don’t. Resilience: Face challenges head-on and learn from them. Compassion: Extend kindness to others, fostering a supportive community. Which of these lessons resonates with you the most, and how do you plan to apply it in your life?
What an inspiring video! The idea of using ancient wisdom to navigate modern challenges is brilliant. The emphasis on mindfulness and gratitude hit home for me. Thanks for breaking down these profound lessons in such a relatable way!
🌟 "Your life echoes the divine script penned by Jesus, turning adversity into a tale of victory. Hallelujah for the script of redemption that transformed your story into a masterpiece of grace." 📜🎨
I needed this so badly. I understand I’m young I’m only 19 but I’ve grown to become very observant of feelings and emotions. I understand life and how it works but I tend to sit in my isolation because I found comfort in the suffering.
Im 20, turning 21 in just a few days and I feel the same. I've been told the content of this video dozens of times in therapy but for me, it never stuck until now. I'm feeling better than I have in a very long time thanks to this video. ❤
@@audreyrewinded truth be told I still struggle and I wish I knew the answer but honestly I’m coming to the realization that there isn’t one. You must do what pleases you because at the end of the day if you’re not gonna enjoy your own life who is?
This is me at 21 I wish I had this mindset at 19 I would’ve never made the mistakes I made if I did however I am happy for my mistakes they made me who I am 🙏🏾🙏🏾
@@Wintr66 look man everyone’s path is different we all encounter issues at different stages in our life I’m proud of how much you’ve accomplished despite the challenges keep it up brother, there will be tougher days ahead but it’s nothing you can’t handle
Everything was perfect but the sharp clicking/ slapping sound. May you please not use that on future videos, I believe more people might enjoy your videos without it, and you will obtain more subs.
This is only partially true. If a man is born into (for example) a rich heritage, is good looking, mindful and has thirst for real knowledge, he can be a enlightened man aswell.. i think its way too complicated for us normal humans to really understand how to become enlightened.. its not suffering that makes a man A MAN, but its knowledge, wisdom, education, strength and empathy that makes a man truly a man.
@@oddalfhutlur6760 You do not understand the point here brother, regardless of situation, it takes discipline to build oneself, and it takes suffering to truly aquire knowledge, wisdom, education, strength and empathy. When I go study copywriting and SMMA for 3 hours a day, suffering. When I go to the gym and train till failure, suffering. When I practice social skills, suffering (im an introvert). But do you get the point here? One must endure setbacks and constant friction to acquire whats needed to be a successful man.
An unbreakable mind? Ha, ha, haaa...I have never heard of such madness in my very long life. First, we have to define the mind. Second, find the substance that is made of, and after that, we can talk about the concept of breaking and mental toughness. But if your want to lie and fool yourselves, count on my approval and encouragement, just imagining you falling for this nonsense, makes me roll with laughter, thank you!
Marcus Aurelius once said, 'You have power over your mind - not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.' This video beautifully encapsulates that essence of Stoicism. How do you guys apply this profound wisdom in your day-to-day challenges to build mental toughness? Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and experiences!
"Al final, solo tres cosas importan: cuánto amaste, cuán gentilmente viviste y cómo dejaste ir aquello que no estaba destinado para ti." - Buda "No creas en nada, por muy sagrado que parezca, si no está de acuerdo con tu propia razón y sentido común." - Buda

👀 Watching 'THE UNBREAKABLE MIND: 10 Timeless Lessons To Build Mental Toughness by Marcus Aurelius' made me question everything. If you're ready to challenge the status quo, you'll find my channel eye-opening.
This video is a powerful reminder of how our mindset shapes our reality. Marcus Aurelius's wisdom on controlling perception has truly helped me see challenges in a new light. Have you ever tried shifting your perspective during tough times? How did it change the outcome for you?
Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength. Arnold Schwarzenegger
This video is a gem! Marcus Aurelius' wisdom is so timeless and relevant. The way he emphasizes the importance of controlling our perceptions and focusing on what we can control is a powerful reminder. Definitely adding 'Meditations' to my reading list!
@@carrie-kari Great question! I find that practicing mindfulness and regularly reflecting on Stoic principles really helps me control my perceptions. Journaling and meditating on quotes from Stoic philosophers like Marcus Aurelius also provide clarity and focus. If you're interested in exploring more Stoic techniques, I share a lot of insights on my channel 'Philosophy Journey'. It dives deep into these topics and more!
there are no ideas left undone only one out of ten get the drift of it all so why explain the fact,we are not in trouble, like toddlers we are the young, and old free to will what we wish that's all there is to it and that's the problem of a-dults
I found the section on mindfulness particularly insightful, highlighting the transformative power of being fully present. By practicing mindfulness, we can develop a deeper understanding of ourselves and our surroundings, leading to improved mental well-being and enhanced resilience. It's a simple yet profound practice that has the potential to revolutionize how we navigate life's challenges.
Beautifully articulated and spoken Marcus Aurelius core essence in improving life lessons and living a calm and virtue life. I have been watching quite often this video. It's very encouraging and valued life around us. Thank you.
This is curated content. A book I read on this was also handpicked and great. "Rising From Within: Unlocking Your Innate Power to Conquer Adversity" by Vincent Starling
A tough mind is made through struggle and within that struggle knowing only you can save yourself by not giving up. It doesn’t start anywhere else and doesn’t come from anything else, mental toughness doesn’t come from reading about other peoples struggles and mental toughness, we are born with the ability to continue the fight or succumb to it, what will you choose and how far are you willing to go??? The answer to that is your mental toughness
🤓 Profound wisdom that ignites deep thoughts coupled with hope that it’s going to be ok…😔 and then another Fabreeze commercial erupts 🎉 🎊 💥 with passion stifling the emotions my thoughts were riding upon 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Isn't it ironic how our pursuit of positivity often leads to negativity, while embracing our negative experiences can surprisingly bring positivity? Mark Manson's insight challenges our conventional notions, prompting us to rethink the nature of happiness and fulfillment. It's a reminder that sometimes, the path to true contentment lies in acceptance rather than constant striving.
