The "Uncharted Territory" | People Playground 

Theory: it may be a lab where some people might have been watching you, and when the portal was slowly creating, the alarm started and they escaped before you reached them, since its really weird seing detailed pipes and all of that in a game with grey humans that don't have a mouth. ( and also, it being a lab fits the name, '' people playground '' )

its possible that the maps are labs to observe you (the player) as you are an entity capable of doing stuff (simply the gameplay itself), it's possible that the labs are in a different form of reality as you can only spawn 2D stuff, but outside of that lab theres 3D objects such as that radio. It's possible that you are a powerful being that when you escaped that lab, the people observing you ran away in fear.

my theory on this: You, the player, are stuck in a lab where ,presumably, humans try to keep you contained by feeding into your sadistic nature. this portal is your way out, the sirens go off because the humans have found out that you escaped. its also possible that there are more of ''you'', because of the screams you could hear on the tower map. i presume that the humans kept you there to either study you or to keep themselves safe from the violent and sadistic being they locked up

reasonable theory: Some developer was probably concerned by the lack of lore the game has, and with nothing to do or add anything on the game, he decides to leave this thing for players to figure out

notice how everything in this dimension looks realistic? the lights, the radios etc. this could be the real world and ppl playground could be a simulation..

We need a 1 hour version of the uncharted territory ambiance lol.

maybe there's got to be a certain sequence of events in the hallway. like how you made a black hole and destroyed everything but the alarm, like there might be something after or before that.

Dude the first time I had a tube light to see and bumped the radio it jumpscared me cause it was so unbelievably loud compared to the game

the way people found this portal is because of a secret if you blow off a section in the normal map that reaveals a discord server which has a code get that code generate its a qr code scan it its a weird screaching sound that in audio software it reveals the blueprint to make the portal

I'd like to take on the classic "everything is a simulation" theory because we see the objects that we spawn are not 3d like the objects in Uncharted Territory, so we must be playing god, literally.

I’ve been reading the comments, While watching the video and the theory’s actually make me scared, I mean, I’ve learnt about Lore but I still haven’t found any secrets but I also am new to PPG…

Us the players have to be some god like being that’s being studied or something. I mean we literally have the ability to create a black hole and not get sucked into it, control fire and lightning, and even bend the laws of gravity. Either that or people playground is all imaginary and uncharted territory is a metaphor for escaping a dream world

Theory: I think Uncharted Territory is the sealed of abandoned labs that's why you need a portal to get there I think something horrific worse than what you do in people playground

I have a theory. I dont have too much evidence to back it up but here is my theory (Substructure map theory). I believe Substructure is a abandoned part of the lab. The reason I believe this is because why would a elevator be there? another reason is that there is that room. It has a table and chair with a chalkboard. Why would that be there if its just meant to be another lab to contain you? Now reasons for why it is abandoned. It became too dangerous? Possibly they saw the growing threat of us (whoever you play as in ppg) or maybe they evacuated it. Why would a red light be flashing in one of the bottom rooms? Possibly Substructure is near the Uncharted zone. They then evacuated that area and considered it a lost cause after you went to it. Now why would they consider it a lost cause? At anytime you can go to the uncharted zone. now now hear me out. After you go into the uncharted zone. They evacuated the whole area. (including Substructure as it must be near the uncharted zone) after that. they decided to keep the area onto lockdown for a bit. the player then must have somehow got into Substructure. They then considered it a lost cause and put the whole area on lockdown. Im not that good at making theories but thats what I think happened. im still not 100% sure at the last part tho. everytime I get a better theory or think I have something better I will edit this.

Resize a floodlight to be really big and freeze it to see better

this is my theory: you are a god like creature in a lab the scientists contain you in there but when you create the portal you are in the real world not the simulation the alarms are there the remaining scientists escaped and the humans which you torture “not cannon”

AHEM. There is a holographic display in the uncharted territory which says admin and then a random string of numbers letters and brackets. When you break the fusebox in hybrid’s secret room it plays noises, which when converting said noises into a spectrogram, it turns those into a barcode which can be scanned. The barcode reads something like Stream/Main1. In the substructure shower room, you can see 4 QR codes in one of the windows if you look hard enough. Putting the QR codes through turns them into numbers, which is a website IP. if you type the website IP and then Stream/main1 from earlier, it turns into a website which you need a password for. Remember those random letters? USE THOSE LETTERS AND NUMBERS AND PUT THEM INTO THE PASSWORD BOX AND IT WILL SHOW YOU A RECORDING OF A PLACE IRL. THE LORE IS DEEP FELLAS, AND WE AINT DONE YET. I CAN’T WAIT TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS NEXT!

Imagine you press clear everything and it resets to normal and everyone is back, then you give them the playground torture

This is very interesting as it shows that even the player isn't free and although it looks like you are god, you're not, as they are things that are beyond your control.
