My parents purchased our first home from Claude Rains in 1957 or 1958. Kraft Avenue in North Hollywood.

A true Claude Rains fan can tell you that he’d never won an Oscar even though he was nominated four times. He should have won Oscars for Casablanca, Notorious, and Mr. Skeffington.
