The United States first federally funded lighthouse, Cape Henry 

In this week’s episode, we go to Cape Henry lighthouse, our nation's first federally funded lighthouse. You can find this lighthouse on a coastal military base in Virginia Beach, Virginia. If you’re not military, don’t worry because when you get to the gate there’s a special place for you to park and they will bus you to the lighthouse. Honestly, the hike to the top wasn’t that bad and it was cool walking in something built over 200 years ago.
