Very well said. For many years I was so angry and depressed about my wasted years due to living with my toxic family. I had to forgive them for my own good. I can't wait to start my new life now

I'm off to work and stay in Thailand in just over a week and this is the first time I've ever allowed myself to just go for something as I have had to move and be displaced over several times and had none stop stress and drama, this is because I've prioritised everyone else instead of myself and been too nice ... this step feels a little scary but I know this will for once be my time to really reset and I've felt the chain of events that have lead up to this have literally been taken out of my hands and manuvered all of those really difficult times to get me to this point.. please wish me well and also a safe trip and experience 🙏

I've been over to Thailand its beautiful - Bangkok, Shang Mai, Puckett , other places I can't remember, great food, sweet people - "Same, same," "Kap Khun Kha (thank you)" Have a safe & great trip - may it be one of wonder, love & expansion

Come with an open heart and let the universe take you on a magical journey. I came to India the end of 2022, I planned to only stay 6 months and I've now been here a year and a half. Totally surrender to the process and watch out for signs I know the universe will share with you, and watch the magic unfold. Take the time to go inward and avail of every teaching the East has to offer. Breathwork has taken me on a huge cosmic ride of exploration, both inwardly and of the world around me. All I can say is, magic is real, it just takes us to show up for ourselves and step into our power. Have a beautiful journey x

when i let go of some "chains" (anxiety, regret, etc) i can use my "child heart" freely. what i thought were unnecessary distractions were much more when i change my perspective. i should like to gag my ego somedays. love all, thank you for the guides 🦋
