The University Village at DeSales University 

Welcome to The Villages, the newest student housing at DeSales University. The first two buildings (of a planned eight) open this fall to upperclassmen. They are named after Fathers John Harvey and James Finnegan, Oblates who have helped make DeSales the vibrant community it is today.
Each building contains 22 five-person suites, 2 ADA two-person suites, and 2 RHD single suites. Each five-person suite has 3 single rooms and 1 double room. The suites include 2½ baths, 5 vanities (one for each student) as well as full kitchens and a large living area. Each suite comes fully furnished with solid wood bedroom furniture and modular upholstered seating for the living area.
Some other amenities include full wireless internet access, cable TV, in-suite full-sized washer and dryers, built-in closets, and dishwashers, too.
Each building has the capacity for 59 students.
