When people say they are thinking F1 season is boring, I don't honestly believe them...if they cared about close wheel-to-wheel competition they would be here watching Moto3. I know I do and I don't care at all when F1 is chill, I get all my competitive kicks here.

The punishment for oncu was maybe slightly harsh, but he did technically crash munoz out. I mean, what was munoz supposed to do? He was forced wide but even still was barely off the racing line at the point of contact. Oncu could see munoz ahead could have slowed down slightly?

Oncu was leaning to his right so he couldn't see what was in his left... This was same incident like Dovi, Pedrosa and Lorenzo 2017 probably when Ducati men were fighting for 2nd place and Dani hit one of them when he was leaning to his right... You should watch that race... All I can say is Oncu was robbed, it could be very decisive in championship...

they penalise a rider more for taking the racing line when three riders go wide at the final corner than they do for a rider taking out half the field at turn 1

I understand it's harsh, but the punishment is about a message...We can't forget they are risking their lives and limbs here. If there was no punishment for pushing someone off, even if totally unintentional, it WILL devolve into total chaos. Sadly the rule has to be objective and simple for it to be applied without chance of manipulation too. Then unfortunately some take harsher punishments...

Perfectly said. Oncu went in there with absolutely no regard whatsoever for anyone in his path. Munoz can not disappear, Oncu knew he was there. The Commentators blew this call. No sympathy for the devil.

Look closely and you'll see Oncu didn't use the exit kerb so he had left margin for Munoz but munoz cut into his line

Oncu was on the racing line.. The same thing happened to Darryn Binder a few races ago, its not right. If you are turning right on the racing line, you cannot see the person on your left. I cannot understand the logic ? Practically what was Oncu supposed to do?
