Thank you for this reaction. GD is also my ULT. I also think that creativity will always be in his blood and he will always want to express and share that in some way. I am so impressed with how he has emotionally survived such difficult times - many more than touched on in the video. He hasn't just worked through them, but reflected on them and grown as a person. He has said so many really wise things, showing great maturity and insight. I can't help but admire his personal strength of character, as well as his talent. I hope that he chooses to continue to write, perform and produce a lot more music. I am really grateful for everything he has contributed to the world already and, although I think it would be a great loss to the world if he stopped releasing more music, if that is what is right for him, although personally I will be very sad as I love his music, I will be very happy for him and only wish him every happiness for his life.
He does remind me of Christina Aguilera, Brittany Spears and even Michael Jackson... Being pushed to the limits and having hate for no reason... When his 2020 special came out - it was super sad and scary cause he did say some very concerning things... But, it looks like he's doing fine - but we won't know - nor should we know about his private life - as long as he's happy...
I too learnt a lot from this video you reacted to here. All GD fans probabbly have the same wish as you, that he will find his special someone and just be happy. We will support all that he does, whether its music or no.

But I wish also that people can let him be, stop making rumors on him; on his private life. If he wants to share with us, he'll do it. You have the right to not appreciate an artist and his music, it's natural, you can't like everything you hear in the world, we have different taste, that's why there are so many. But I don"t understand the concept : if they don"t like, why they follow every step he does ? It's got to be hard living in a country where many people have self-esteem issues. This is reflected in the way they react to their actors, musicians, dancers, and there artists in general. Idols and actors (male & female) being on top of the list as celebrities to be attacked and vilified. People who do not feel good about themselves enjoy bringing down those that do well and are successful. Envy and jealousy are terrible diseases. G-Dragon was young and vulnerable and couldn't understand where such vileness and back stabbing came from. I hope that as a man now, he has come to understand the fragility of other beings, they lack apathy and compassion. They are to be pitied and sadly enough, for your survive you must also ignore them. Don't acknowledge them. As for his talent, his life, those are his choices. An artist doesn't decide to create something for an audience, if they do, that's a big mistake. I've seen audiences change to the point that they feel entitled to decide the life of a performer because they bought a lousy ticket to the artists' performance. Since when do netizens have the power to cancel someone because they have decided, this person has to go. Are Netizens a bunch of prepubescent girls and boys ready to take down adults on a whim? .....and if netizens are adults, wow they have deep issues. So leave our talented, genius alone, to what he needs to do for the next 40 to 50 years. Besides most of us don't find our stride until we reach 40 years of age. Good Luck to our Renaissance Man!
