I have skin issues but i can't afford the skin care products. Actually I have very oily sensitive acne prone skin but the products are very costly for me as I belong to a middle class family. My face used to look dull. But later I achieved glowing skin, free from pimples and dark spots, by doing these things. -: 1. Ensuring I drink at least 3 to 4 liters of water every day. 2. Having carrots or carrot juice daily. 3. Adding Littlextra Ricebery face wash into my daily skincare routine. It contains black rice water, which has been shown to provide 10 times more skin benefits than ordinary white rice water. 4. Going to the gym and sweating like anything. 5. Performing facial steam or full-body steaming sessions every 18 days.
Good and suitable for dry, normal skin as well for oily skin during winters. As per my experience, riceberry face wash is good suitable for those who just want to maintain their skin health both inside and outside.
I got pigmentation n pimples a month back ,instead of using face wash I started using turmeric,sandalwood n gram flour mix for 2 times a day as applying it as face pack for 15 mins,my skin got clear after using it for 15 days

Apply your sunscreen at least 2-3 times a day. This is what worked for my skin. For this, I have found that littlllextra rice berry is the best sunscreen. It soaks in quickly once applied. I don't experience oily skin after use. I’ve been using it for 4 months with great results. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a lightweight, oil-free sunscreen.
@@shubhangiiyer1654 your facewash cannot bring whiteheads. Whiteheads appears either because of dandruff on your scalp, or if the dust gets stuck in the pores which require exfoliation.
I think before your face way more dark maybe for tanning or other reason after just glow your face😊 no darkness, can you let us know how you glow your self or retrieve from tanning darkness
I think the skin tone is the same , but because the skin has improved, you see the glow.. We are Indians, we are brown.. you can’t change skin color at least at home.

Hey , great transformation! Could you please guide me here as well? So I use to keep getting acne regularly but it had extremely reduced after I started applying benzac cream. However I can still feel that my skin is quite dull even though the pimples have reduced. The skin texture is uneven, few areas are filled with pigmentation marks, and certain area's on my cheeks have acne scarring. My diet is pretty much what a typical Indian would eat (Rice, chappathi, chicken, dal etc) and I did start drinking a lot of water recently. My skin is pretty oily so I really don't know where to begin with to make my skin better. I do know the rule that experts talk in the internet - wash, moisturize and sunscreen but I'm really confused from which brand to go for as per my oily skin type. It would really mean a lot for your valuable suggestions !

@@bindia2002 and try rubbing ice. It will stimulate the blood flow on your face. Please use gel based moisturiser and sunscreen. Try to cover your face. Don’t repeat the CS add that u use to cover your face!
@@bindia2002 don’t use much active ingredients when u have active acne! Use niacinamide and salysilic based serum or gel. Use arbutin glycolic gel, arbutin and kojic based gel to remove the dark spots and tackle the dullness.

Glycolic 6 cream! Best and best! For exfoliation and after using it use Hyaluronic acid based cream! And in the morning use sunscreen! Start with 6%. Give some time for your skin to get adjusted!

Ok honey! Start with detox water and that should be a must for u. The detox water one is live on my acne channel. Cut down on refine oil food and any oily food. Please I request u to stop having junk food for at least 15 days. And no spicy food or sugar. AAP agar milk lete ho toh make sure it is A2 milk. No paesturised one. Normal sa dal chawal khao. Keep munching cucumber. Have vitamin c enriched food like orange, pineapple, guava. Regular water ko hot water or lukewarm water se replace karo. Jo v khao buss ghar ka khao. And no golagappa/ puchka and even momos. Pura junk avoid karooooo. Buss
You dnt need hundreds of products. This is the best skin care morning(AM)- vitamin C, toner, moisturizer doesn’t matter which brand. night( PM)- weekly once retinal , moisturizer. DNT EVER FORGET SUNSCREEN
Bro your skincare is focused on brightening and hydrating! Apart from this most of the people are allergic to vit c specially when one have acne on their face. While retinal is important and I can see tht u have recommended it once in a week, it is always advisable to use it only after 25.

Hello honey! Please start using chemical peel, it will remove the dead skin from your face which is the major reason of dullness! If u get time, try taking vapour on your face. It helps in clearing the pores. Right after that please put some good moisturiser. Even clay mask can help you!

See honey! You can’t treat full skin & pimple at the same time! Please focus on one thing! To treat acne please focus on good food and detox water first. As this is the major cause of acne. In respect to skin care. Keep it minimalist if. Use a gentle face wash, toner, avoid vitamin c serum. And a good sunscreen. Use clear gel nico or Azelaic acid based moisturiser. This will help u treat your acne. If aloe vera suits you then you can try that as well. Hope this helps! Much love ❤️
Let’s target your acne - use Salysilic acid based toner, no vitamin c or other active ingredients! Use aloe Vera gel (only if it suits u), azelaic acid serum and that’s all! Of course sunscreen! Too important! Plus don’t pay dry your face instead let it get air dry!
