There is always theories and practical. Prof Manyora is very good in giving ideas ndcsolutions but when one is in practice as a president or a tip country leader one may become as one swimming in a stormy sea nd he can't think well.

Professor BBI hearings stretched our jurisprudence though I didn't like the judgement. At the time I thought the judiciary was getting back at the sitting government for blantantly ignoring court orders. We are in that moment again with these Gachagua manenos in which the Kenyan judiciary must gnash its teeth.

I respect the way you argue political points but surely you cannot claim to know more than Appeal and Supreme Court judges on matters of law. You are a lay man as long as law is concerned.
