I look to hummingbird as a reminder of how to be in this world. She is the epitome of stillness in motion. With up to approximately 70 wingbeats per second, she appears almost motionless sipping nectar. Hummingbird is a reflection and reminder to me that no matter what is going on in the survival of the outer world, the inner would can be very still, calm & focused. It is being in a calm meditation state of mind while finding solutions and focused functioning in our everyday world. Still in motion is something I practice as often as possible as I remind myself to be mindful. It is practice over perfection. Perfection is an illusion. Fill the cracks with gold-it adds character.

To Shi: I challange you with white pure piece of paper. Create this ✨️ 👌 new philosophy or show ud what it would be 🎉 for a direction of someone life. Proper seems so law compared with amazing, breathtaking, forever filled with always full filing good karma, unstoppable love, joy adn always manifesting highest aspiration of of human heart, soul and mind set for inspiration that can enlightenment whole life with the blessing of neverstoping love. Ps. Take sometime womrn into account when you tall about the community or anything. Existence of women in this community seems really not that much valid. Is anything or any particular goal valid for you? I am watching and feeling always curious what will be NEXT that Shi day and when will he finally engage with audience. .... Maybe after rain I can offer him the sun for that? Anyways, all the beat from sun is my heart girl 🎉❤

Ps. To Shi: is your Buddha Heart fueled by Huel as well? Are your flags and other part of hertigae this needing social media sponsorship and need to be connected to brands like huel? Well, try lemon 🍋 squzzing fully instead of protein powder for promotion. It is sauer and truly awaking your senses. I think and belive that as Shaolin School you got lost in process and translation. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 I feel at the edge of revision from 10 years of dharma life seeing just those flags representing Buddha heart being crashed and taken by the wind of compassion always shown after this cheap Huel advert. It doesn't even support anyone from community or there is not even a slight intent e.g. to. gather some funds coming form this unethically procedure and money made on advertising and contribute it for some important goal. So while this path of Nobel Truths or dharma is so simple based on fe logical law, this whole Shaoline Show goes all the way round at the edge of good taste. Please take this inquiry from dharma practitioner to rethink and redsign your social media standard so they meet ethicall standards.

I was wondering about the influence of parents/care givers and the environment that children were brought up. Many children do not have a solid foundation or even an awareness of what has happened to them in early life. Think about the children in Israel/ Palestine/ Ukraine. This pain could follow them for many years. Life is pain, could definitely describe their lives. I think that Gabor Mate and Pete Walker might be good resource for this but wondered how does this tie in with your perspective?
