Unsheath light into piercer feels like a very consistent roll catch vs all direction (even vs light roll) and it catches some delayed roll directions as well! Super simple, but effective combo, give it a try!
@@vincentnguyen6299 Moonveil has an audio cue on the attack, on good or even average connections the heavy is rollable on reaction and the light can be but it's a bit harder. You're still forcing the fast options with your normal attacks but if they know you're sheathing your options get a bit worse

@@D_us_T I am and 95% of my matches have horrible latency because most people playing when I do are from Asia and Australia, though even people from my own country are super laggy most of the time. Gigas however usually has a great connection with me since we're somewhat close (like 700km/400 miles or something estimate). But my area has pretty old internet cables which means I don't have a lot of bandwidth and someone downloading stuff in my house already makes my PvP experience worse.

The thing I can't wrap my head around to this day is opponent's who seemingly just read me the entire fight as if they're connected to my fuckin brain. I do not understand it in the slightest 😂😂😂
I like to do the slicer into piercer after hitting the AoW, the slicer is a true combo after the AoW and the piercer is still a good roll catch. This also works with moonveil.
On a partially related note, I wonder if Moonveil's unique unsheath skill and Sword of Night and Flame's unique Square Off skill have the same hitboxes as their non-unique counterparts.
I would speculate that using magic uchi for mind gaming. If someone has moonveil, which launches a projectile, I imagine the opponent would space more? Another idea is maybe that unsheathe ani-cancels into carian better?
