I tried a lot of different therapies...in the end, silence helped the most. I don't mean isolation, but silent meditation, sitting for 20 min a day and learning to observe and accept thoughts and feelings...not push them away or ignore them. It's super hard to do, but after a while helped a lot. The workbook called 30 Days to Stop Obsessing by Harper Daniels helped a lot, as well as the Tao Te Ching.
