It's 100% the moment to me. Knowing the history, circumstance, and everything involved makes it just so much more impactful. One thing why I love the NBA is the storylines it develops. That Bird/Magic photo is my fav of the ones mentioned. Totally sums it up.
I will never forget the speech that Michael Jordan gave at Kobes funeral. He said not only did i losw my friend but my little brother is gone(i know i didnt get that word for word but you get the picture)
I think he left out the most iconic photo which is the photo of Michael Jordan taking off from the free throw line. The photo is iconic, used on t-shirts and posters all over the world, oh and it just happens to be the "Air Jordan" Nike logo
My only arguments would be that it was in a dunk contest, had been done before and after Jordan did it, and Nike isn't the NBA and the NBA isn't Nike. So to say it's not a top 5 most "Iconic NBA photos", I'll agree with the man who made this video.
@@Cubs-Fan.10 Not sure what you're on about, the video was "The Most Iconic Basketball Photo" and the dunk contest is part of the NBA. It's the most iconic Jordan photo of probably the most iconic NBA player ever, adorned on posters on kids and teens walls for over two decades. Because it inspired the jumpman logo gives it added gravitas.
Most teams have a dedicated team photographer. I’m a sixers fan and our team photographer is Alex Subers. He has a lot of great photos on Instagram/twitter etc. He travels with the team as far as I know
always love getting back into more NBA content! also been super nice having Mike back and collectively being the office blokes again :') missed ya Mike the way dave was gonna say "michael jordan" at 1:40 was so unconfident LMAO
Pacers vs Knicks in '94 NBA Finals? That can't even happen... it was the '94 Eastern Conference Finals. And the Knicks won the series and didn't choke until the finals against the Rockets. Love that dude's videos though.
All teams have photographers. Even the NBA. Most pictures that you see are newspaper/web photographers, like the Associated Press. You have to have press credentials to be on the floor. Team staff photogs usually get the day to day behind the scenes of a team. They are rarely on the floor unless they are taking pics of the bench, huddles and stuff. Their job is to document for team history.
I would argue that the Menendez brothers photo is more iconic. Also that Bron and Wade picture all this time I thought it was a lob. I'm glad I have seen this side of it
I disagree. Maybe the most weirdest and criminal photo BOMBS - since it's not like the photographer was trying to take a picture of those killers - but not the most iconic. Just my opinion
To your point about Photographers being paid. I live in east Texas in the area where the Colombia space shuttle exploded in 2003. My childhood neighbor growing up was an amateur photographer and was taking photos of the shuttle while it was passing overhead and caught the famous explosion picture and sold it to the New York Times or one of those big publications for millions. Dr. Lieberman, good guy
Hello Gents! I hope you're all well! I saw your NFL football team reveal! Kind of sad no one picked the Green Bay Packers!! Maybe one of you will choose them next year! Looking forward to your videos during the NFL season! We have end zone, fifth row up, season tickets at Lambeau Field. If you are ever in the area and want to tail gate then catch the game, just let me know! Cheers Fellas!
A Allen Iverson compilation would be great, he had a major impact on the game on and out of the arena. He was better at football than basketball but missed his chance being involved in a crime so no schools would take him, his mom got him in to a school as a basketballer though and the rest is history.
if going by the photographer's artistry alone, that Bird/Magic photograph is incredible. If I were a mega-millionaire, I'd spend an untold amount of money on that photograph or the MJ/Kobe one. Those were the last of the NBA legends.
Except that's not the most iconic. That honor belongs to the photo of Michael Jordan flying from the free-throw line to dunk...the silhouette of which is used on "AirJordans".
PLEASE react to Klay Thompsons 37 point 3rd Quarter. In my opinion, it’s easily the greatest scoring performance in NBA history. Do it. You won’t regret it.
Look up iconic photo of lebron with Lakers. It's an amazing photo of him in the air doing a special dunk and you can see his number on his Jersey match up with the other past champions flags on the ceiling.
Someone tell the narrator that the staples center didn't exist in 1997. Also the game took place in Chicago not the staples center like the narrator claims.
yall should see if you can find a video about the nfc east and rivalries since two of you have picked nfc east teams (teams in the same division) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-mItZtpVHTPQ.html
Jimmy Highroller’s vids are miles more exciting than just watching ppl react to highlights they give insight and it genuinely makes even a casual appreciate the sport even more
